Totally bad service in Farmington, NM. Tires weren’t balanced properly and just put on. Ended up going to Big-O and paid another $50 plus for balancing. Car is driving a lot better now.

I haven't had these tires very long but they ride good, aren't noisy. Winter will be the true test probably on how well they handle the snow and ice. So far very, I'm very happy with them.

These tires replaced the horrible off-road tires that my truck came with and have performed marvelously. I truly appreciate the quality ride that they provide as well as the improved fuel economy.

What a great tire! Much quieter than my Michelin tires. Good road handling. With a scheduled appointment I was in and out in an hour. Also the price was excellent.

I had blown a front tire and was running late and the Sam's tire guys did the impossible. Changed two front tires and got me on the road again in 30 minutes. Mingo & 67th St.

I can't complain about the installation charge. That's about the going rate around here. Even so, the turn key price for my new tires was very competitive.

I was told they will not honor the warranty if you don’t rotate your tires. It is not stated anywhere on the paperwork that it will void your warranty if you don’t rotate your tires.

If Sams's Club stops selling the tires (even if still available) and you need a road hazard replacement you get something similar. I fell if they are going to replace with a different tire, it should be done in pairs.

we have always been fully satisfied with Sam's but will confess we are no t happy with all the automation but we are doing our best to learn the fact that we are 91 and 88 years old makes it very hard for us.

Tire Center made installation appointment after purchase, then tires didn't deliver on time. Tire man said "we don't know when they will deliver, they just show up on the truck".
