I had an appointment at 11:00 A.M. It took over an hour before they ever pulled my truck in for service. I watched them service a "walk-in customer"that came in after me, that did not have an appointment, before they serviced my vehicle.

we have always been fully satisfied with Sam's but will confess we are no t happy with all the automation but we are doing our best to learn the fact that we are 91 and 88 years old makes it very hard for us.

I had blown a front tire and was running late and the Sam's tire guys did the impossible. Changed two front tires and got me on the road again in 30 minutes. Mingo & 67th St.

I had a 3:00 appointment & it still took 3 hours till my car was ready. They really need a place to sit, they have a bench for the pharmacy & the food court, but not for tire installation.

Good price and good good service but scheduling was difficult because I missed my appt that they had to reschedule a week out and I could never call the department without being put on hold for such a long time that I just gave up.

Buyers remorse. Tires look very old like sitting in warehouse a long time. I like new tires that look new not aged. I liked the Michellins I got for my other car much better. They looked new. Should have got them again.

These tires replaced the horrible off-road tires that my truck came with and have performed marvelously. I truly appreciate the quality ride that they provide as well as the improved fuel economy.

I suddenly had to purchase a new tire. Sam's had what I needed and I had it installed in less time than it took to order, receive and consume a slice of pizza! That's great service!!

If Sams's Club stops selling the tires (even if still available) and you need a road hazard replacement you get something similar. I fell if they are going to replace with a different tire, it should be done in pairs.

Everything was fine but I did ask to keep a tire for a spare and they did not give it to me. Only one person was doing the work and it was very busy
