The techs were not great at handling my tpms valve stems. Both wheels are damages pretty bad. Not a happy camper!

I had Faulkner tires put on my Mini Cooper! The ride is good for a sports car and the Warranty for the mileage was my reason for the purchase

The worst communication and customer service I’ve ever had. This tire unit is wired not to work. Doesn’t do good for Sam’s Club’s reputation.

....and then will do nothing about it. So take pics of your wheels beforehand if you're concerned about such things.

These Falken tires are ok, except for the fact that they are a little noisy on the freeway. I also discovered that they are made in Singapore. Hopefully they will last.

The technicians mounted and balanced my tires quickly and professionally. The tires make the car ride very smoothly indicating a very good balance job. We took the car on a road trip driving highway speeds and the tires performed excellently.

I have a slightly lowered / modified car. Sam’s club told me they couldn’t do the install. The first local tire shop I went to did it without any problems at all.

Great service at Sam's Club tire center in Bridgeport WV. They had my tires mounted and balanced in 45 minutes. Alot better than the 3 1/2 hours at the other tire place.
