i had a really hard time bringing myself to buy it because it was first on sale for $168.99 and I put it in my cart and by the time I got my money it went up $30 and I didn't know what to do i really need a freezer instead of having to throw out food because I am disabled and on a special needs diet its very expensive example high protein 120 grams, low carb, low fat, no salt, gluten free, lactose free, high fiber, diabetic, no artificial sugar, ketogenic friendly diet, renal diet, gerd diet, ok I told you that part so its just the right size for everything i had to make a few sacrifices but it was worth it i just wish it didn't increase in prices so fast and i like it for the fact if I want to eventually use it like a fridge the temperature goes up to just the right temperature and to deep freeze great

supposed to have 5 shelves, only 4 usable not adjustable, can only use it for smaller items not enough room to store meat, My refrigerator has way more storage, the top shelf only 1/16th inch from top interior,and the freezing element is lines woven under each shelf, makes ice cream hard

I like everything about this upright freezer it makes everything easy to get to it stays cold it has a pretty appearance I don't know what else to say I love it but it's adjustable as far as the temperature it also has adjustments for leveling it on the feet I like everything about it I would recommend this to anybody as far as the value and everything else about it

I'm mostly happy with this purchase - I read the many reviews that included dents and damage, so kept my expectations tempered. There were a couple superficial little dents and scratches, but nothing I'd concern myself with. Pros: It got cold fairly quickly and seems to maintain temperature. it's bigger than I pictured, it actually has a nice capacity for a 'mini' freezer. Neutral: it's not overly loud, but it's not quiet, either. There is a distinct noise as it runs, which isn't horrible, but seems a bit more than I'd like. As others noted, you can't adjust the shelves. Not a big deal, but it limits what you can actually fit in the freezer. This might be a 'con' but for me it's fine. Cons: The door, for whatever reason, seals REALLY tight. I find myself having to pry the door open every time. I guess that means the seal is good, but it's TOO good. Google tells me this might be due to a vacuum effect, but there is nothing in the instructions about any way to remedy this. Speaking of the instructions, there are some little attachments or tools that aren't described anywhere, and I have no idea what they are for. One is a metal corner bracket, and some little plastic token-like things and what I guess is a scraper. there is also the smallest ice cube tray I've ever seen.

Great looking freezer and held all the stuff we wanted but unfortunately after purchasing it, it only worked for 2.5 weeks. The freezer stopped working out of no where. No frost build up or anything. Compressor just stopped working. Freezer was the perfect size we needed but I'm bummed the unit stopped working. On the fence of buying another one where it will fail again on us. I guess you pay what you get right?

Run from this horrible.. worked for about two months and is now thawing out. The warranty is a way they are not standing behind the product at all as I am left with a mess and a total loss of money! I am going to the bedroom business bureau. This product was an absolute disappointment.!

The freezer was light. I was able to carry it downstairs with my grandsons help. It freezes quickly and I love the fact that it's upright. I will more than likely purchase it again for my daughter. The only thing I would recommend is a light inside.

This works great and keeps things frozen nicely. It was smaller than I realized but that's on me for not researching better. I still kept it and have filled it with meal prep. Despite its small size it's working quite well for us. It didn't raise my electric bill thankfully!

When I first got the freezer it was everything I wanted in a small standing upright freezer. Overtime though, it has started to ice over on the inside, which affects the overall freezer efficiency. Not sure what to do about it, it hasn't become that big a problem yet, but I may have to take everything out and start a new. But it does look great and it fits where I want it.

I actually bought 2 it isn't as big as the chest freezer but works fantastic allowing better access to the items in the freezer.
