I'm in love with this freezer!  I bought it for myself for Christmas this past year and I can't say enough good things about it.  Just the right size as an extra freezer. Much more convenient than a chest freezer. Holds a  ton of frozen foods of all sized packages, (other than very large pizza boxes). I don't mind the fact that one day I have to defrost it and since I don't open it too much it has not frosted  up yet and I've had it for six months already. Keeps foods well frozen.  Great for picking up Bogo‘s and for packaging leftover items to reheat. This freezer has more room than my freezer attached to my fridge!! I've more than doubles my freezer space with this purchase.   I'm so happy to have found and purchased this quality freezer. Price was great and cheaper than smaller freezers of unknown brands. This is one of the best purchase I've ever made.  AND it's great looking! Full-Stainless steel front and black sides that can go with any decor or or can be used in your garage or storage room   I highly recommend this Frigidaire freezer to anyone looking for a small- mid sized freezer.

Got this gem on sale and its been one of the most useful appliances in the household!   A stand-up freezer is a must.  We have had it for 4 months now and it's working great. Again I can't rate longevity  since we just got it, but so far so great! I love not digging through a chest freezer. 5' 3" doesn't work well for that...

Great buy!!  nice shelving/looks great Only negative is  there is no actual handle . It's tough to open with one hand if you have items in other hand.

Perfect size for me.  COLD!!!  Looks nice in my spare room.  Does make noise but not more than expected.  The door requires patience to get used to it.  Until the freezer is filled up some, it moves a lot whenever the door seal is broken to open it.  Easy to move, easy to use.  It's already required some defrosting so that's something I'll have to watch closely.

its not frost free but a scraper is included its kinda messy on wood flooring  as you scrape the ice off and it will ice up and you have to hold on corner to open up the door cause it will move on you thats one of the things i dont like about this unit just small complaints love the looks if you look just as the light hits it has a few dents you cant feel them but you can see them 209.00 plus tax id buy another one

Not Platinum Silver as described.  Shelves described as wired but pictured as solid - they're wired.  No instructions so I'm not sure what the small metal panels are for.  Looks like it's for mounting to the wall for support but there's nowhere on the freezer to screw it on!  And there was a loose screw hanging out in the freezer door that we can't find where it belongs.  Not at all happy with this purchase.  Finally, deliverers brought it in an SUV and so it was laid on its side, meaning we have to wait 24 hours before we can plug it in and find out if it works.

Advertised pics are meaningless!

It stopped working within about a month. Tried unplugging and plugging back in, but then it stopped working again within a few weeks and ruined all my food.

This freezer was a waste of money. Once you open it, the suction from the seal makes it almost impossible to open. One of the rear wheels was also defective. Trying to figure out how to return this item, Walmart is not making it easy to return

I have called several times and spoke to a person one time, all the other times  were AI. Both told me to watch my email for directions on a pick up and return of this freezer because it smells like rotten fish. TO THIS DAY I HAVE HEARD NOTHING......
