This product has exceeded my expectation. The ease of use is tremendous compared to chest freezers where you'd be hard-pressed to reach the bottom. With this freezer, you can just open the door and access your item on whatever level. NOTE: I would recommend putting a cpuple of hand towels or something over ther very tiny wires so that it does not stick to plastic bags and or if something spills before it freezes, it is easy to clean up. Otherwise, it can be difficult to clean a busted can of soda or spilled liquid in the freezer.

I read the reviews and they all had positive feedback that the freezer worked well. The negatives were all in reference to dents and damage, large and small. I decided the price was great and if the dents were small I’d consider it a bargain. There is one tiny ding in the side. The freezer works very well, looks great in my kitchen. I’m happy that I took the chance.

Decided to buy this upright instead of another chest freezer. The upright makes it easier to organize your frozens. Had some trouble leveling the freezer so it didn't wobble. This freezer has a very strong seal which is great except it is so good we have trouble opening the door without it moving the whole thing!

We got this freezer for my mom. She really liked to size, we reversed the swing on the door no problem at all. The freezer sills really tightly which we think is great. The reason for our return to Walmart was that my mom saw the top of the freezer forming ice(probably because it is manual defrost) within 2 weeks and a few days of having the freezer and her concern became mine. She wasn’t opposed to manually thawing out the freezer to clean if needed and it did defrost quickly, however she is over 84 years old and I did want her to have to do that. This is a great freezer if you don’t mind manual defrost for a freezer. You should get it. The return at Walmart was very easy if you would have to return it. They make it very easy. We did get my mom a bigger and auto defrost feature freezer to replace this one though. But this is a great little freezer if you want one.

This is my 3rd freezer I bought in 30 days not because I’m in love with this product. No it’s because the first 2 was defective. I was pulled in first by the price which included in free shipping. Customer service on this item was great. So far this one (3) arrived in pretty good shape and working great. Got my fingers crossed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product fit all my needs and was easy to set up. It had plenty of room for all the frozen food and still allowed room for more!! It will also allow easy access to all the present food when it’s needed!!

Product is the perfect size to fit into our garage. Easy for myself who is only 5' tall to access items I have frozen in it, no leaning over and falling into a chest. Extremely quiet, can't tell its even running at all. Tight seal so I know its energy efficient. Very please with my purchase!

The freezer that I received has huge, old-fashioned style lettering across the front. Also, there is a dent in the front. The freezer I got does not match the other Frigidaire appliances that I have in my kitchen, which was the purpose of me buying this particular freezer. I didn't want to return it because I didn't feel like going through the rigamarole of returning such a huge item! App will not allow me to upload pic.

It works fine but it has a low rumble and vibration like a distant helicopter. Ours is in an unused room so it's OK. But I couldn't live with it in a bedroom or living area. It's not loud but the low frequency sound and perceived vibration might not work for most people.

Love the freezer and is perfect for the location I needed it in. The delivery was a not so good experience. The driver could not get the gate of his vehicle to open and had to keep borrowing tools. After all was done, it is a nice appliance for what is needed.
