Great purchase! Everything was in the box and it was easy to install.

Great toilet with all the items to install

easy to install & great value for price.

Its a toilet, It does the job at a great price.

This is a great value. Installed it a couple of months ago and am very pleased.

This is thee second MMM HE toilet I've bought. First one was so good that when I remodeled another bathroom, this was the throne of choice.

It worked great for a few weeks. Then it started to clog with simple waste. I wouldn't recommend this toilet

The toilet is fine but the toilet seat is a bit weak. I weigh 300 pounds. The toilet seat cover turns wrong side out when I sit on it. Put 2 of this type in my former house and didn't have any problems.

For the money these are hard to beat. Are the perfect ? No you can see where they may have cut corners, i.e. back finish BUT for the money they come with everything and are super easy to install. Takes about 1/2 hour...great deal and work just fine.

Very easy to install did it myself. chair height easy easy power flush nice too .uses less water does the job , soft close seat came with it .comes with everything.
