Over two years, I've bought and installed four of these in my house. I'm a 50+ female and hadn't installed anything before, but it was pretty easy! The higher seat is super nice, toilets have never clogged or had any issue. It doesn't work out too well to sit on the toilet with the lid shut because the plastic shifts a bit. For one of ours, we replaced plastic lid with a wooden one, and it's much better. Anyway, shopped around and compared prices - this is a good buy!

As easy to install as any other toilet I've installed. I've always had standard height toilets so this ADA height toilet feels a bit uncomfortable. My wife, at 5'3", thinks it is too tall. The tank to base connection is not a snug fit. The tank moves even though I've tightened it to the max. I ended up caulking a wedge between tank and wall to better secure it to stop it from rattling when it sit. The flush happens quickly and effectively. I keep expecting some backflow, but the bowl flushes, completely.

I bought one of these on Thursday, and I loved it. Comes with everything and it has a 5yr warranty which is even better. After seeing all it comes with I bought another for our half bath and it’s great! Installation is simple and easy and it comes with all the items needed.

Everything needed to install was included.
