Member's Mark 2-Piece High-Efficiency Dual Flush Toilet, White

This is thee second MMM HE toilet I've bought.  First one was so good that when I remodeled another bathroom, this was the throne of choice.

Great

It seems like I'm using the plunger 2 or 3 times a month. I've been plunging this time for several hours with no luck. Time to replace with a different one.

Do not buy

looks nice but it sits higher than my name brand which is not comfortable.  I was willing to live with the height issue but doesn't flush well.  "Solids" sit up high close to the front and stay there when you flush.  Disappointed in this product

dont buy

I installed this toilet seat about couple years ago and it works great! It has to flush buttons, one for quick flushing and the other for longer flushing. Very happy with it.

It does what it's supposed to do

The toilet is fine but the toilet seat is a bit weak.  I weigh 300 pounds. The toilet seat cover turns wrong side out when I sit on it.  Put 2 of this type in my former house and didn't have any problems.

Members Mark dual flush toilet

More than a year ago I bought a Member's Mark toilet to replace one that had chronic problems.  That toilet was excellent and a bargain when compared to similar toilets.  My experience with that one was so good that I returned to Sam's Club this spring for a toilet for another bathroom. The picture on the box looked like the toilet I already had, but that was where the similarity ended.  The quality of the new one was inferior-- the porcelain was patched (there was even a patch sticking up into the trap) and the glaze was uneven.  I returned it for another which I anticipated would be much better, but it had the same problems.  I returned it as well and bought a different brand toilet from a different store.  
     If you plan to buy a Member's Mark toilet like these, I suggest you open the box before you leave the store to check it for defects.

Flush this toilet

I flip houses and always replace toilets. The value of these toilets with everything included, the ease of installation, and dual flush makes this a no brainer. I put these in every flip I do and even have 3 of them in my house and never once had an issue.
