Easy to install. Looking forward to the water savings enabled by toilet's flush mechanism. Love the added height and elongated bowl. Much more comfortable experience.

Great purchase. It's the second toilet that I've purchased. I purchased one for the 1st floor last year. This model is very efficient with water savings and flushing waste.

This toilet works great! We installed it in one bathroom a year ago and just recently installed another one in our second bathroom! We would highly recommend this toilet!

It came with everything needed to install it. But the water supply line was a little short for where mine came in from the wall. We picked it because it is ADA compliant and we are very satisfied so far.

The toilet looks great, is sturdy and was fairly easy to install. Only real disappointment is that we have to ‘hold’ down the button for flushing, which is not something we had to do with the ‘regular’ toilets.

None of the parts can be purchased in local hardware stores. My toilet has stains that cannot be removed…cheap porcelain! It’s plugged up ALL the time. I say, do not purchase this toilet. I am having to remove and replace it.

I have thoroughly tested this toilet for 2 months and I would grade it an A+. Forty bucks cheaper than the 2 that I had purchased from lowes that are identical except for the slow motion seat and lid that I like so much .

Unfortunately this product didn’t come with all the accessories as promised as far as wax ring, water line, bolts and etc. I don’t know why it wasn’t in the box as stated, this causes serious delays in production for installation.

I bought this unit because it was inexpensive and supposedly came with all the necessary parts. Some reviews stated theirs were missing installation parts. The box contained everything needed for install to include the wax ring, flange bolts and nuts, and a water line. It also included a soft close seat.

I rarely leave reviews, but after replacing and fixing approximately 20 toilets in my lifetime this thing deserves 10 Stars. Everything is in the box, it's nearly 100% ready to go and any do it yourselfer is likely to succeed at the install of it. It's amazing quality especially for this price. I've put in 600$ toilets that were lower quality than this thing. Sam's is the best and this is just one example of why we stick with Sam's Club.
