The SmartThings app adds to the level of convenience - I'm notified when the load finishes through the TV if watching and on the phone. There is as well a fun song when the cycle is complete. We have 6 people doing laundry in our house so the load capacity also reduces the amount of time needed to get all of our laundry done! The only downfall is I don't see an interior light in the dryer when the doors open. If that's the only downfall, it's still a great dryer!

Have had this dryer since April 2024 and here I am for the second time late to work because this dryer will not dry my clothes. I have been sitting here for an hour and 30 minutes and my clothes aren't dry. My boss is getting old with the “my brand new dryer isn't drying my clothes” excuse. Thank you Samsung. This is why I do not buy your phones because your products are cheap and not reliable… now here I am stuck with a dryer that doesn't work and no money to go back to Frigidaire.

I bought these machines, but it appears that the reviews that spoke favorable of the washer and dryer are incentivised, I actually thought that is morally wrong, could you possibly explain what type of incentives were paid to these reviewers for their glowing reviews of your product that seems to not have the same thoughts of the reviewers that were not "paid" or incentivised to give? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this dryer. The setting that tells you your close are dry without over drying them is awsome. We've had it for about a month so far. We also like the song it plays when close are done. Alot of buttons we hope it last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure on how well these were going to clean, especially with kids in sports and a wife who is a preschool teacher. It needed to be able to clean the stinky clothes, wash the paint and dirt off a shirt that was touched by small hands and even wash the every day laundry that had accumulated through the week. The washer and dryer have been amazing with doing all of it. I love the water jet feature, it makes it easy to pre- treat those stains before throwing the clothes into the washer. I also like that I am able to control both washer and dryer with the smart things app. I am so far impressed that these two things could make my job so much easier in doing laundry. I am glad that I was able to sign up for this campaign.

This product is horrible. The only way the dryer stays on is if I use the wrinkle release cycle. We bought the product in August and I'm ready to throw it away. I would gladly take my order dryer back at this point. Stay away from the brand and model. The moisture sensor shuts the unit off within five minutes of starting.

Samsung deleted my previous 1 star review of this product. They don't want people to know that their dryer doesn't dry. I was struggling with this inferior product just earlier....4 cycles to get a set of full size microfiber sheets/pillow cases done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry in White and the WA47CG3500AW4.7 cu.ft. also looks a bit different. It is a nice match for the washer, and I like the smooth sleek look. Once again, I like the smart things app, but for the dryer I find that the end of cycle notice on my phone is the most useful. The sensor dry system seems to work very well, and it is loaded with cycles. I have not downloaded additional cycles yet, but it is cool that you can do that for more flexibility. The wrinkle prevent and rack dry are very useful cycles. It is quiet, and it does what it should, it dries the clothing fast and looks good doing it.
