I bought these machines, but it appears that the reviews that spoke favorable of the washer and dryer are incentivised, I actually thought that is morally wrong, could you possibly explain what type of incentives were paid to these reviewers for their glowing reviews of your product that seems to not have the same thoughts of the reviewers that were not "paid" or incentivised to give? I also love the sounds when it is done. The options for all the different settings is fantastic and the dryer holds a lot. I downloaded the app and it's was nice to register my product that way.

With the auto sensing dry and adjusting heat level this thing will adapt and just dry as much as needed and shut off! Best feature is the Samsung smart home app which allows us to start the dryer remotely in the evening when rates are low and the demand on the Texas grid is much less. It also lets us know when the load is complete so we can start another one instead of keep checking on it every fifteen minutes. This dryer has been awesome and we can't wait to do such a tedious task like laundry now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty impressed with my new Samsung dryer. It gets super hot fast. It has a fast dry cycle that gets super hot and dries your laundry fast. It's great for towels and sheets and other heavy duty items. I really like the SmartThings app. I am one of those people that always leaves my laundry in the dryer and lets it get all wrinkled. When you use the app it lets you know when your cycle is finished but you can also set it to prevent wrinkles for up to 3 hours. There are a lot of other useful features on the app which I have not explored fully. I also really like the lint trap. This one has a flap on it that you can open and close so that when you pull it out all of the lint doesn't fall off into the machine like on a lot of other models. The only thing I can think of that I would add to this would be an interior light. The drum is dark in color and an interior light would be a fantastic addition.

A lot of machines will leave the clothes a bit wet and timed dry can too long. The sensor dry has the clothes running just the amount of time which saves me on my energy bill. Connecting the smartthings app let's me control the dryer remotely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer as part of a pair from a wholesaler website. It works with precision and efficiently drys my clothes. The "wrinkle-release" feature seemed to work as intended, and reduce wrinkles in my clothes. I have dried a large comforter in there and it dried it in a timely manner with no problems. If I could offer one suggestion to this is if there could be a sweater drying rack that can be fitted into the lint try it would help to dry bulky items like sneakers or delicate items. The app is helpful, and alerts you on multiple devices when your load is done or if you want to restart the load from wherever you are. Very pleased with this purchase.

This product is horrible. The only way the dryer stays on is if I use the wrinkle release cycle. We bought the product in August and I'm ready to throw it away. I would gladly take my order dryer back at this point. Stay away from the brand and model. The moisture sensor shuts the unit off within five minutes of starting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a major upgrade from my last. My last took two full cycles to dry and clothes always smelt musty. This dryer is so fast most of the time my clothes are done in 30 minutes. I love that it connects to my Amazon Alexa and announces when my clothes are dry. It took me a little while to figure out the lint catch because it has a two little pockets that catch the lint and sticking my hands in there didnt seem like the best design. Then I realized that the catch opens from the side and you can easily empty it out This dryer is amazing and I am so happy to have it.
