[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dryer has some really nice settings and has sensor drying. The door can be switched to open the opposite direction. The drum is a dark gray color. Makes it hard to see if you got all the clothes out. There is no light inside either, I miss that. This dryer must be the basic model. No problem connecting to smartthings. I like getting notifications that it is done. If I have gone somewhere I can keep my clothes from wrinkling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the Samsung 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry in White and the WA47CG3500AW4.7 cu.ft. also looks a bit different. It is a nice match for the washer, and I like the smooth sleek look. Once again, I like the smart things app, but for the dryer I find that the end of cycle notice on my phone is the most useful. The sensor dry system seems to work very well, and it is loaded with cycles. I have not downloaded additional cycles yet, but it is cool that you can do that for more flexibility. The wrinkle prevent and rack dry are very useful cycles. It is quiet, and it does what it should, it dries the clothing fast and looks good doing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer as part of a pair from a wholesaler website. It works with precision and efficiently drys my clothes. The "wrinkle-release" feature seemed to work as intended, and reduce wrinkles in my clothes. I have dried a large comforter in there and it dried it in a timely manner with no problems. If I could offer one suggestion to this is if there could be a sweater drying rack that can be fitted into the lint try it would help to dry bulky items like sneakers or delicate items. The app is helpful, and alerts you on multiple devices when your load is done or if you want to restart the load from wherever you are. Very pleased with this purchase.

I have run multiple loads through it at a variety of temperatures and settings and it keep performing above and beyond what I expected. The lint trap is capturing a lot of debris off the clothes, and the clothes are coming out dry and fluffy and perfect for folding. It stays quiet and doesn't bounce or rattle like other machines I have owned. Samsung has a nice variety of settings , and I especially like the ones that dry with a sensor. I need to turn down the jingle that plays when it is done, but otherwise it has been a Godsend in our home laundry room! From a small load to and extra-large, this dryer has it all. I like the Wi-Fi capabilities and notifications you can set up through the app. I would definitely recommend this dryer to future purchasers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this dryer, it's huge inside. I was amazed to see it fit my king sized fluffy comforter. No longer do I have shrunken clothes, the dryer senses when the clothes are dry without overdrying and burning the fibers. The clothes feel soft even with softener. And the straight forward options take the thinking out of what setting to put it on. Connecting it to the SmartThings app is so helpful, you can see how much time is left and it will notify you when done. And if you connect it to Alexa then it will be announced when the dryer is finished as well. It is easily the best dryer I've ever had.

Have had this dryer since April 2024 and here I am for the second time late to work because this dryer will not dry my clothes. I have been sitting here for an hour and 30 minutes and my clothes aren't dry. My boss is getting old with the “my brand new dryer isn't drying my clothes” excuse. Thank you Samsung. This is why I do not buy your phones because your products are cheap and not reliable… now here I am stuck with a dryer that doesn't work and no money to go back to Frigidaire.

There's plenty of space for even a comforter and the SmartThings app adds to the level of convenience - I'm notified when the load finishes through there as well as a fun song. We have 6 people doing laundry in our house so the load capacity also reduces the amount of time needed to get all of our laundry done! The only downfall is I don't see an interior light in the dryer when the doors open.
