Worked wonderfully on my sourdough boule it made the crust perfectly crispy on the outside, and the crumb inside was light and airy as well.

It is very easy to bake sourdough bread. It is easy to grab the parchment paper and lift the loaf out.

I purchased the cranberry and it is beautiful. I own many pieces of Le Cresuet cast iron and this Tramontina piece is just as impressive,but for a fraction of the cost. Wow! I will be looking for more Tramontina pieces at Sam’s.

I received this product as part of a promotion program and thus am now a baker!!! The bread oven is cute, easy to clean, fits in a standard oven and made my first attempt at bread easy to manage.
