The bread oven is fabulous! My sourdough comes out perfect every time.

This was given as a gift to my daughter to use for baking sourdough bread.

I have several different bread ovens. This is my favorite. I have the cranberry and it is so easy to clean. I have never have had an enamel pan that doesn't stain. This is that pan no stains yet, love it. I haven't had to do the hard elbow wrenching scrub and have been using mine for a year or more and several times a week. I do use a silicone mat in bottom to prevent over browning. I bake all kinds of sour dough, Jalapeno/cheddar, black chantrelle/smokey gouda, strawberry/cream cheese, any thing my customers want.

It’s amazing! The perfect bread oven! When I bake sourdough, I preheat it for 15–20 minutes, and the bread is fully baked in just 25 minutes. I leave it covered, then uncover it for the last 5 minutes to get a beautiful dark golden color. I’m so happy I found this at Sam’s Club for such a reasonable price!

I love the bread baker. I have used a Dutch oven for many years for bread. Reaching inside of a hot Dutch oven to remove or place bread is precarious. Many burned fingers. This design makes it much easier to remove or place bread.

This Baker is beautiful and perfect for sourdough! It is versatile and big enough to bake a whole chicken as well.

Recently started making sourdough bread, tried a Dutch oven, and had to decide between wearing oven gloves and risking dropping the dough ball, or getting burns on my knuckles. This solves the problem neatly, I preheat the bottom tray, and it is easy to transfer the parchment paper with the dough on it to the hot pan, slash it, pop the cover on and close the oven. Bread gets a nice crust which browns beautifully after the cover comes off during the last half of the baking time. Coated and wipes clean easily. Makes much nicer bread than just baking on a tray in the oven, and no messing with a water tray. I use a mister to spritz the dough ball just before the cover goes on. Would buy again, and I bought one as a gift for my daughter who bakes.

I am new to bread baking. Am an accomplished cook and baker, but for some reason have not baked a lot of bread. I like Artisan bread, so this cast iron bread cloche really appealed to me. It arrived quickly and I baked my first loaf of bread in it. I made a parchment liner for it, to keep it from staining as well. The bread was great with a nice crust and very delicious. I look forward to baking more loaves of delicious bread. The oven itself is very well made and is attractive if you plan on having it out or on display. This price compared to a similar Le Creuset oven is unrealy at about 1/5 the price. I own a lot of Le Creuset that I bought years ago. This is a great piece of cookware at a much more affordable price point. I am sure I will enjoy it for many years to come.

Beautiful and functional. Baked a great loaf of sourdough. However, after just two uses, the white paint is already staining. Still live it though. Plus, the price is better than anywhere else
