Mattress arrived defective and i cannot make it to the store near me i went to. I went through there warranty process. It got approved. But they refuse to send me a direct factory mattress from them. I dont understand how am i suppose collect on my warranty. If i cant make it to the store. I would choose a different company that is actually helpful. This is fraud .

After searching for years for a comfortable bed for the 2 of us this bed is hands down the best bed we have ever had we have had temperpedic bed and other name brand beds that don't even come close to the comfort level that this bed is I would highly recommend Sterns and foster beds to anybody I am finally excited to go to bed and wake up not hurting like I did in other beds So if you would like the best bed skip all the rest and go with the best I guarantee you will love it

It has just the right amount of firmness (I can't stand mattresses that are too soft or too firm). The pillow top is a nice luxurious touch also that most mattresses don't have. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked when I received this Queen sized Stearns & Foster Reserve Medium Tight Top. This mattress is the thickest mattress I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! First of all, it's HEAVY! It took me and my husband dragging it up our house's stairs to get it into our bedroom. The sewn in handles on the sides makes it slightly easier to move, but it's still super heavy. Once we got it on the bed frame, I noticed that since the mattress is so thick, it covers up half the headboard! That's not a complaint, as the thickness is what makes this mattress so comfortable! There are sewn in grooves and waves in the top of the mattress that give it this pillow feeling when you lay down. Both me and my husband weren't disturbed when we tried moving around as the other person laid still. The mattress works well at absorbing movements. Also, not that you'll see it when you have bedding on it, but the deep blue color of the mattress is gorgeous. I do think a deep pocket sheet set would work better than a standard queen sized set. I'm excited that this is now my new bed, I feel almost spoiled! I will keep telling my friends and family that Stearns & Foster is worth the hype and the money!

This soft mattress is of good quality and is, indeed quite soft. The thing that concerned my on delivery was the flimsyness (only way I can think to describe it) of the mattress itself. The man carrying it had it over his head and it was bending down to his shoulders. I worry that this bed lacks the internal infrastructure to stand up to nightly use by two average-sized adults for an extended period of time. If you like very soft mattresses, this S&L Lux Hybrid Soft Queen is a hit. If you like any firmness to your mattress, though, this is not the one to choose.

I've never bought a high end mattress. I bought this without shopping around. I laid down on it at the store and didn't want to get up. I still feel that way 7 months later and I look for any excuse to be on my mattress. My body never hurts after I wake up. All friends and relatives who come over lie down on it to see what I mean, and they don't want to get up. From a health perspective, no achy joints and able to sleep comfortably through each night have made this purchase worth while.

This is my first experience with this brand, but it won't be my last. We absolutely love this mattress! It is very thick and I do plan on buying some deep fitted sheets, but that's not a big deal. Because it's so tall, it is able to offer much support. It's firm, but the pillow top offers just enough softness to be very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his stomach, we both have been sleeping great on it. A good night sleep is so important and comfort makes all the difference. We have owned mattresses from other big brands, but this one is by far our favorite. Even the material of the mattress feels luxurious and is attractive. It's obvious thought and detail went into making it. It was also a very easy and painless delivery. The service sent many updates and the delivery drivers were very kind. I will definitely be recommending this mattress to friends and family looking for a new one.

It's this beautiful blue and has a fun design on it. The material they used is also very soft. Now on to the mattress itself. The mattress was so comfortable! I wasn't sure if it was going to be too firm for me, but the medium was absolutely perfect. I felt like Goldilocks when she found the "just right" bed I slept like a baby (with 3 kids that's always a plus) and woke up without any weird kinks in my neck or any discomfort. I would absolutely recommend this bed!

I have only slept on this mattress for a few weeks, and I really like it so far. This is my first hybrid mattress. The medium is softer than I expected. Compared to my eight years old memory mattress, it's much cooler. It seems like this mattress provides support evenly all night. I can find my comfortable sleeping position easily, and fall asleep fast. I wake up feeling rested every morning.

Zero soreness in the morning. Waking up refreshed is an amazing feeling. I'm in love with the dark color of the mattress as well.
