Love the top load, it looks nice BUT...this thing is L.O.U.D. I mean hurricane through my house hearing torrential downpour of water sounds throughout my house. It is on one side and I can be on the complete opposite and hear it like I'm sitting next to it. I can hear it over the radio, over the TV - it is LOUD! Because of the reviews that it was quiet (seriously what did you have before if this is quiet) I reached out to LG to make sure something wasn't wrong. Nope - this model is just LOUD. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew I was going to feel like I was in a rainstorm every time I needed to do laundry.

At first I was doubtful since I had used front loaders for a long time. My son also, he was complaining a lot! He did the first wash, after he dried his clothes he was amazed at how clean his socks were! You know I wanted to say something after all the grief he gave me! I put my clothes in and watched it work, quiet, yet really turning the clothes side to side strong enough! I love how it washes and hope that it will last me a long time! I do follow the instructions, wash bedding on bedding setting etc! I didn't used to do that. I only use tap water setting since we have water softener so I also don't use too much clothes softener. I love it!

I bought this about a month ago. I. couldn't be happier with it. It has a large capacity and easy to reach in and plenty of settings for anything you need to wash. Has Wi-fi capacity but I don't know if I will use it, but it's there! When you select your load, it always displays 55 min, until the machine senses how long it will take and adjusts the time. I like that a lot, knowing it's not taking 55 min for most of my loads!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and I am really liking it. It has a large capacity which is great for our large family. I like the openness of not having the agitator sticking up on the middle. It does a great job of getting my clothes clean.

So far, I'm pleased with this washer. It's nice and quiet, and has lots of choices for my wash cycles. The drum is really big, so I have to lean way into the machine to reach the clothes on the bottom when done. I'm going to have to get a "grabber".

The controls are simple and intuitive with many washing options. The best washer we have purchased to date. A major consumer publication vouches for its reliability.

I was told you can't use more than two tablespoon Of liquid in the washer. I am getting oil spots.

The washer has needed 2 parts replaced in less than 2 years.

Love my new washing machine. It's quiet and clothes come out super clean
