After only about 2 months of use the door latch failed which stopped the use of the machine completely. After contacting lg about this issue it took almost two months to repair the machine and I find this unacceptable. I live in a very rural area and had to travel over an hour one way just to wash laundry. Also unacceptable. I do hope that this is not what is to come for the future of this machine and feel I have absolutely no choice but to have to spend more time and money to put an extended plan on what my be the wrong purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the machine. It cleans really well. Unfortunately, I sent one back because the first installation test method in the manual does NOT work. The second machine I received had loose parts clanging in it. I sent that back. The third machine did not work when we did the installation test but we decided to just do a load of wash. It worked just fine. It was a REAL INCONVENIENCE to follow this test in the manual because it is useless and caused us to send back the first machine for nothing! Fix the test and the manual! It is a deep machine and I agree with other small people, it is tough to reach for the clothes at the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want everyone to know that I am very pleased with my LG washer. We use to have a front load washer and sometimes I had to do the wash twice. The blue tooth technology is really helpful when I am alerted that my wash is done. My front load washer took forever. Also, the alerts are very helpful. So far so good in every aspect .11 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in January of 2024. It broke down December 2024. Not sure what broker in it but when it was spinning, it was obnoxiously loud. The LG rep that fixed my washer said it was a common issue with these. I would stay away from this one.

Model WT7400CV---Leaving stains on clothes! Same stain every time, ruining them. Additionally, the detergent/softner dispenser is too close to lid opening and hard to fill without hitting the lid. I loved my previous model of LG large capacity washer, but this newer model is horrible! Stain is about 4" long, 0.25" wide, and brown/orange

If you put anything remotely bulky in there, say a mattress pad with anything else (a towel or sheet), even on the speed cycle the washer will have a hard time “balancing” and will cycle through sensing, spinning unsuccessfully and then refilling. Over and over and over. I've literally been sitting at my house waiting hours to leave on a road trip because it wouldn't just spin. Finally had to force it to stop, pull everything out sopping wet and spin one thing at a time. I hate this washer.

I purchased this washing machine recently. It makes a loud knocking sound during the wash cycle. Other people have complained about this problem. The washer is level on a solid surface and the loads are balanced. I get the noise even when I have just water in it. Very disappointed.

It washes good. Remote feature is disappointing because you have to manually turn it on in order to use it. It would be nice if it is ON constantly and cam be controlled anytime from the app. The downfall of it is turning the remote ON in order to use the app for the remote features.

for 6 weeks this machine was very quiet, then it began to make clinking , clunking , knocking noises. your repairman came over, tested the machine without a load, and told me it was normal. It just continually gets worse. The engineers designed a product to sound this way ? I'll tear it down and fix it myself someday, I have owned this for 4 months.

I really like this washer so far! It's huge and fits a ton of stuff in it!! The setting are cool and I like the wifi feature. The only thing that gives it 4 stars instead of 5, is that I don't think it washes as strongly as a washer with an agitator. But overall a great product!
