[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this wash machine about a month ago and have been very impressed with quality. This is my first LG wash machine and I have to say it washes so nicely. We are very impressed with it and would buy more LG products.

We just purchased our new washer 2 weeks ago to replace a 15 year old washer. The new washer was very easy to figure out the new technology features. My husband was amazed at how little water it took to wash our laundry. He watched the whole process the first time we used it.So far we are very pleased with our purchase.

I love my new washer & dryer!! It's so big & it's also a smart sweet & I can use the app to work it. It lets me know when it's done so when I forget it's awesome to get reminder to put my stuff in the dryer. Also I got the big oversized washer & dryer & the washer has sensored so I don't have to push anything like "small load". Put clothes in & it senses how much water to use. I absolutely love it.

My previous washer had an agitator and I hated it! When it was time to get a new washed i knew I wanted one without one but wasnt sure the brand to get. I was actually going to get another brand but this was all they had and im so glad I got this one instead! Its been perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've done about a dozen loads in this washer so far and I absolutely love it! I'm in the desert, so water preservation is very important to me. I love that this washer weighs the load and adds an appropriate amount of water. My clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh. This is also the first washer I've ever had which fully cleans a fluffy king sized comforter. No more trips to the laundromat for huge blankets! The smart features are a very nice perk. I can be out working in the backyard where I can't hear the alarm, but I still know when the load is complete when I get a push notification on my phone. Now I'm looking into replacing all of my major appliances with LG!

We bought this washer 2 weeks ago and find it an excellent improvement. The stainless steel drum keeps clean and won't rust. The drive mechanism is far superior to standard US models that use fan belts and clutches. Our old US model lasted just 3 years. The machine has a wide range of control options that suit every possible need. The online capabilities are a nice benefit, although not really required. The machine plays a pleasing tune when it completes and it displays the cycle time left to make for better planning. The lid is clear so you can see the activity within, which is preferred over an opaque lid. We had no issues with the delivery, install and operation of the machine. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others.

I bought this washer because it was the only washing machine that would fit through my basement door. It is nice to look at, but if you need to see the different functions,you need to put on glasses. The machine bunches up the sheets which causes the machine to go off balance. The last minute of any spin cycle goes on forever not a minute like it says and still the clothes come out not fully wrung out . The only decent feature is the turbo wash

I have had this washer for a little over two months now and am absolutely loving it. It's big enough to handle my oversize king comforters with ease. No more running to the laundromat to wash comforters. I love all the options the washer has for washing clothes. The Wi-Fi feature is great! Once the app is setup on your phone, you can monitor the status of the cycle. Not only does it show how much time is left, but it also sends a push notice when the washer is done. No more running up and down the stairs to check on the status of the washer. You can even turn it on remotely. The washer does a good job of cleaning clothes while using much less water than my old one.

I bought this washer a few weeks ago, and honestly I didn't like it at first! My old standard agitator broke down after 8 years and it wasn't worth fixing it. We did a lot of research before landing on this washer. At first, I was like this is not going to work for us, there is no way it'll get the clothes as clean. Wrong! It cleans so much better uses way less water in the process. I love how big the drum is! I can wash every single comforter I have now. I had one that I was going to take to the laundry mat before my washer kicked the bucket. Got this LG home, and threw it in there first run! I'm really impressed with it, my clothes smell great and look better. I always recommend the extended warranty,just in case. Hopefully I wont need it, but better safe than sorry. I love the way it looks and its much quieter than my previous washer. Some cycles are a lot slower,but once you figure out what cycles work for you, then it's a breeze and worth the wait for how clean and fresh the clothes are. Also, the downloadable cycles are your friend! Use the app!! It lets me know when my wash is completed so no more running to the basement to check! Love all the features and cycles it has to offer. I would recommend this washer. Definitely a learning curve from a standard washer, so don't give up on it after a day. Because it took me 4 days to really see what cycles I like!

We bought this machine thinking the large capacity and non agitator would be great for our large family. We regret that decision. This machine is not effecient with cleaning at all! You have to use the “add water” for every load in order for your clothes to even be “washed”. Our water bill has gone up a lot since purchasing. It causes many holes in our clothes, socks, sheets etc. I'm guessing from the “friction” it has against the items because it doesn't have the agitation. I 1000% percent would NOT recommend this machine to anyone.
