I have been using Kleenex for decades and have experienced the reduction of quality, thickness, strength, size of tissue and count per box for years but never submitted a review. Until now. In addition to those complaints listed above, the new patterns and colors of the boxes are nothing short of ugly. Did the "designers" speak to anyone over the age of 18? I am an ADULT. No one I know, younger or mature, has their homes decorated in a style which the new designs would compliment. Save the special patterns and colors for the kids and holiday boxes and leave the rest of your product packaging for us grown-ups - you know, the ones with the money to buy K-C products. I've been a customer long enough to know how often the box designs change and these gross things are going to be around for quite a while, during which time I will be purchasing another brand of tissues.

I've been using Kleenex brand forever and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. They are just the right softness without the greasy feel of the other leading tissue brand. To those complaining about the box designs: yes, they're ugly but if it's that much of a problem just buy a tissue box cover; they've been around forever. There's no reason to stop using a good product because it comes in an ugly package.

My husband and I have happily used Kleenex for 15 years+. My husband couldn't stop sneezing when using these and when he used another brand his sneezing stopped. I've been watching some ‘tear jerkers' lately and started using trusted care Kleenex. I'm usually not sensitive to some things that bother my husband. I have sneezed 5 times today and my nose is irritated. Anyone else having problems?

I have used the 160 count marbleized box for decades, and am very disappointed the design has been discontinued. The new designs are loud compared to the classic and sophisticated marbleized design. Please consider bringing the design back or creating boxes with classic patterns of tone-on-tone color. Sadly, I have had to purchase other brands while I wait for a more subtle Kleenex design to hit the shelves.

I love Kleenex but who designs the boxes? They are terrible...all of them! I buy my Kleenex at Costco and don't like any of the designs offered there. Bring back simple colored boxes not the crap that's out there now. My rating is solely based on product packaging.

I have used Kleenex for many years with no problems until the last several months. The quality is going down very fast. Now, it seems like every time a tissue is pulled from the box, the lint and larger particles make a terrible mess around the box and on the floor. I usually buy several packages of three boxes at a time. I just purchased 5 packages (15 boxes) and when they are used up (if I can stand the mess), I might try one more box to check quality. If not improved, Kleenex is DONE in my home.

I agree with all who hate the new box designs. The tissues themselves are the standard I depend on, but like many, I've been searching for a brand that offers the more subtle design and color scheme. I recommend you offer 2 different sets of designs; the traditional style and colors so many baby boomers continue to want, and the newer, bolder look the younger generations may be purchasing. But PLEASE don't mix the two in multi-paks!

The new boxes are absolutely ugly! They do not match Decour in anyone's house! Please bring back the old soft toned colors . Why change some thing that was nice? And I'm tired of pulling tissues out and having tissue pieces fly all over the place. There has to be more quality control. Hardly no one likes the new colors .

I only have one recommendation. Please change the design on the boxes. The outside of the boxes used to be very pretty, you could put them anywhere and it would compliment any space. The geometric designs are too busy and not visually appealing especially the smaller regular tissue ones. Tissues are great and I don't mind paying a bit more but the outside is not representative of the quality Kleenex is known for. Just a suggestion and my opinion. Thank you.

Love the tissue ( with the exception of the tissue dust). The fact that they are unscented and 'unlotioned'... is a huge plus! The new box colors are awful. You shouldn't be forced to have your tissues be displayed as artwork. They should blend into your space, not scream at it. Ugh!
