I was so disappointed to see that they discontinued the beautiful gray designs with hideous new garish ones that I can't bring myself to buy them. I don't spend my money on things that I don't love and am now looking at other options. It makes me sad. I used to look forward to buying new ones, but now I'm going without and considering making a box cover as it would upset me too much to have to look at these horrid designs.. But if I have to go through all that trouble I might as well switch brands completely. The love is gone.

I used to keep Kleenex upright boxes around the house but its been a while since the graphics were interesting. My local stores either aren't stocking the one on your website that I like or they aren't available. Granted Betsy Johnson was a disaster on a Kleenex box but that was more of an in-house executive decision misfire than a reason to scrap the whole design program, right? If I ran Kleenex I would launch a public design competition come up with new box graphics. I think you'd get thousands of designs submitted and tons of good ideas. I haven't been buying Kleenex because the boxes I find locally are ugly and I don't want them in the house. And I don't like the tube design because it requires two hands and the colors don't fit with my rooms.

I have used the 160 count marbleized box for decades, and am very disappointed the design has been discontinued. The new designs are loud compared to the classic and sophisticated marbleized design. Please consider bringing the design back or creating boxes with classic patterns of tone-on-tone color. Sadly, I have had to purchase other brands while I wait for a more subtle Kleenex design to hit the shelves.

I have always used Kleenex because it doesn't shred in the wash as other tissues do. Now I will have to switch because you have hired the most unqualified box designer who has created hideous designs with no cohesion around the box. Bye, Bye,, Kleenex

Kleenex tissues have always been on display in our breakfast room and 3 bathrooms. I consider the boxes to be part of the decor, and I have always been happy with the red, taupe, and silver designs you have offered. I cannot display any of your current designs. The colors lean to green and blue, with uncoordinated box side designs and colors. They might be cute in an unsophisticated room, such as a nursery or young child's room. I had to buy a different brand, after more than 30 loyal years with Kleenex.

I have used Kleenex for years. It is by far my favorite tissue! Sorry to say my Kleenex days are over. The designs are so ugly there is no way they fit in my house. Purple, really? Who decorates in purple? I see from your response to other reviews that this is not a concern and the neutral, more common sense colors will not be brought back, so I will dry my tears over this with another brand of tissue. You're design team needs a major overhaul.

I always buy Kleenex tissues. I am just a plain person and I like your 2 ply tissues. They are nice and soft. I do not like 3 ply and I do not like lotion. Just plain! So why did you change the design on the outside of the box to something bold and ugly?!

Over the last few months it's hit or miss on whether or not the Kleenex box I buy will have a horribly strong chemical smell. I've tried buying them at different locations and it hasn't helped. The smell is overpowering. I've probably thrown away eight boxes to the three I've managed to keep.

I've been buying Kleenex for, well, pretty much since I've been buying tissues. Not only are the boxes now hideous! But despite what they say below, they are Not The Same Tissues. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but i notice a big difference in the quality. These feel rough, similar to a cheap brand I've had to use in the past... Why Kleenex, why? :(

Great product, but the new box design is ugly and offensively bright. Please go back to the previous design or softer colors. I will use generic going forward. Too bad lowering the cost of kleenex wasn't done rather than spending money on redesigning something that was fine to begin with.
