I hate the box designs and from reading these reviews it's obvious that many other people do also. Since the reviews complaining of the designs go back at least a year it's also obvious that kleenex doesn't care about customer opinions. I guess it's time to find another brand of tissue.

I have always been loyal to the Kleenex brand but I really, really dislike the new brightly colored boxes. For me they are just too vibrant and don't match any color scheme I have in my home. I really don't want a Kleenex box to be the most noticeable item in the room. Maybe Kleenex could consider supplying both the previous neutral colored boxes along with the more vibrant colors just not in the same multipack.

One star not for the tissue, but for the box designs. Hideous. Childish. Do not fit outside of a nursery, a classroom or dorm. Please at least pack cases and pallets with "normal" patterns as well as the new patterns if you insist on fixing something that wasn't broken to begin with. Until then, no more Kleenex brand in my home.

I've been using Kleenex brand forever and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. They are just the right softness without the greasy feel of the other leading tissue brand. To those complaining about the box designs: yes, they're ugly but if it's that much of a problem just buy a tissue box cover; they've been around forever. There's no reason to stop using a good product because it comes in an ugly package.

50 years of buying Kleenex tissues. Now faced with typical buying decisions when a manufacturer decides to sell '144 tissues' for the price of (what used to be) '160 tissues'. And those 144 tissues do appear to create more dust residue, have issues coming out of the box, and overall feel less superior to other tissue brands on the market. And the designs. Ugh. Maybe you need to do some additional customer focused design feedback. Or something. Anything. Multiple competing designs on one box really do not do anything for me, at all. Just my opinions. And my buying choices.

I am a member of the Crowdtap Kleenex® Brand rewards program, and Kleenex® Brand sent me a sample to review but I have been using Kleenex brand tissues since I was a child. They are the goto brand for quality in a tissue. Strong and soft, good for the worst of runny noses, and familiar enough to use for a napkin or wipe a sweaty brow.

I love kleenex tissues and have bought them for years -- always opting for the gray-, tan-, and brown toned-boxes. Suddenly, over the past couple of months, these colors have disappeared. I cannot have brightly colored tissue boxes sitting around my home. They just don't fit in. I have completely stopped buying Kleenex and now use box covers with generic brands. What kind of crazy change is this????

Have used "Kleenex" brand my entire life - pay extra for presumed better quality - however as of recent experience - quantity in box has decreased, but prices stay same or increase - OK, Inflation . . . - quality - LOTS of paper dust, thinner tissues, may even be smaller - cannot verify this - QUALITY CONTROL - the boxes we have recently purchased seem to not be "cut" properly. When trying to pull out a tissue, they are wadded up and sticking together in one spot - when you carefully pull out a whole wad of tissues you discover that the edges have not really been cut through - holding them together rather than coming out individually and making a real mess. I will take the time to TRY to finesse a tissue of the box. My husband just gets frustrated and pulls them all out stuck together! - agree with other comments about the new box design - really hideous colors and designs (I realize you change packaging designs, but been this way for at least 6 months) - do not like or want tissues with added lotions, etc. just want GOOD old style Kleenex. They used to come out of the box one at a time, did not have clouds of paper dust come out of the box with each pull, held together when used and much nicer box designs - important since we usually have a box in almost every room of the house - living room, office, bedroom, bathroom, etc. - product quality is no longer there. Sad, more than SIX DECADES long time user . . .

Hi. I have been buying kleenex brand for YEARS & I will continue to do so, because I like your product. However......the change of the box designs leaves me disappointed. I keep my bathroom & other rooms very neat & color coordinated. I could always get by with a silver/gray color or something subtle. But the new designs are way too "loud" & look cheap in my rooms. Even plain colors would look fine. I sure hope you change the designs soon. Don't like the boxes at all. Thanks for listening.

The new boxes are absolutely ugly! They do not match Decour in anyone's house! Please bring back the old soft toned colors . Why change some thing that was nice? And I'm tired of pulling tissues out and having tissue pieces fly all over the place. There has to be more quality control. Hardly no one likes the new colors .
