Terrible. I’ve purchased several Nepresso machines and this is by far the worst. The first one was traded back in under warranty because it malfunctioned. The current one is just over a year old. Every morning I’m struggling with the lid. It’s just insane!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third coffee machine bundle that I purchased. I love the delicious coffee every morning. With these coffee and milk froth machines, I don’t need to go to Starbucks! It’s very easy to make coffee and latte, hot or ice. Just love it!

We aren’t thrilled with the design of this machine. We purchased this as a replacement for our old VertuoPlus machine (which we loved) and this newer design is a disappointment. The lever on top that opens the machine is clunky and feels a step back from the Plus model’s one touch automatic open. We will likely return this for another VertuoPlus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not my first Nespresso but it is my favorite. Just the fact that now when i have people over for breakfast i dont have to make a banch of 7.7 oz, when i can just make an 18oz pod for at least 3 people.

I was hesitant to purchase due to issues that others reported but figured I would still give it a shot. With minimal use, I had the same issues with the orange ring and the machine leaking everywhere. I had to have a replacement sent twice and who knows how long the newest one will last. I have had zero issues with my other machine, which I have owned for a couple years. None of my family members have had issues with their machines either but none of them own a Next machine. Customer service is good but if you plan on ordering this machine, I’d recommend looking into issues others have had and consider a different machine altogether.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] coffee is delicious and it is so easy to use. it does take a bit of strength to lock/unlock but other than that, I have no complaints and have been loving using it every morning! it looks aesthetic in my kitchen as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with the coffee from the Nespresso machines a few years back in Europe. I finally broke down and bought the machine. The code on the disks make it so fast and easy to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a regular coffee machine to Keurig and when my Keurig machine broke I bake very interested in Nespresso Vertue machine. My whole family is so happy I put yea it because it make amazing coffee and expresso and it is soo delicious.

After a year, it just doesn't work. I have tried everything. It sounds like it will start working, but then the cup on the button turns red. My son has this model, too, and he ran into the same problem. These are to expensive to only last a year. I would not recommend this model. I have a different model at home, and it still works great.
