It works pretty great. Sometimes the milk frother does not work very well especially with alternative milks like Oat or Soy milk. Even with whole milk it doesn't froth very well and is best frothed using a heavy creamer. Overall, its a great product to upscale your coffee experience in the morning

One of my best purchases in the last year or two. It allows the best of both worlds when it comes to coffee/espresso machines. I use an espresso pod every morning while my boyfriend uses a normal coffee pod each morning. Love the fact that we can make a carafe as well with this model for when we have company!

Best coffee machine ever, milk frother is fantastic , my only gripe is that I wish the coffee was a little hotter , and that the water container was bigger. I love that it can basically make any size you want, and the pods are amazing too the quality is top notch.

At first I had a little learning curve with it, but by the second cup of coffee I had it mastered. The coffee it makes is exceptionally good and will rival the best coffee shops out there. It looks great on my counter and is extremely easy to use. Takes only about 2 minutes to get my morning cup. The nespresso pods are super convenient and a wonderful flavor. I purchased this machine and replacement of my Keurig; I was looking for a stronger less water down cup of coffee. I really appreciated the sample pods that came along with the machine. I was able to test it out right away. I haven't made a bad cup of coffee yet. I'm using the coupon that was included to purchase pods of my choosing now. I just elevated my entire coffee experience so pleased!

It's brews really fast it's also super easy to clean. It's small which is awesome because it takes up very little counter space. You can find so many pods for it so many flavor choices I use it to add to my actual coffee to give it a boost of expresso I absolutely love this little machine

The house smells like a gourmet coffee shop all the time now. It truly is Heavenly. The machine is easy to operate and easy to set up. Plus it's a breeze to wash up, too. Extremely important to me, I love that you can get different sizes and varieties of pods. I have yet to find one that dissapoints. The Aeroccino ( milk frother) works great, and it's extremely fast. I really appreciate the option of having it hot or cold. This machine has really gone above and beyond in my eyes. It delivers Fast, Easy, Gourmet coffee/esspresso at a moment's notice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A ton of “wows” to the Nespresso Vertuo Next Classic coffee maker, from its appearance, functionality, and performance, and obviously I - and my household – am a big, big fan. There is much to talk about, so I'll try to keep it brief, but aesthetically it's very pleasant to look at, and it looks great on my kitchen counter. I know this seems a small thing, but if you drink coffee every day, you have to look at what makes your coffee every single day, and the Vertuo is so stylish and sleek, it is a joy to see it. While attractive, it isn't needlessly attention seeking and doesn't stand out unnecessarily. It pairs perfectly for our modern décor, and we've received compliments on its look, as well as functionality. So how does it function? Very well. It is clear and intuitive to use, simply sliding a switch, lifting the top, and inserting a pod. Best yet, the machine is pre programmed to know what each capsule's brew size is, so no fumbling with measures or too small or large cups. The product is environmentally conscious as well, and included in the box is a prepaid postage bag meant to recycle the capsules. This is a fantastic “perk”, and it makes doing the right thing a breeze. So how about the taste? Included in the box are three sets of assorted coffee pods, for a total of thirty six cups, and let me tell you, the quality is outstanding. They are clearly labeled, and because the lid bears the description of what's inside, I feel the joy and indulgence of opening a box of chocolates every time! I can't say enough about the quality and taste, and I think I've been spoiled! Because they have a bar code on each capsule, presumable to tell the Nespresso what it's supposed to make, you need to use the Nespresso brand of pod. I don't mind this feature and it insures quality, and while it may make it more expensive, it is nominal compared to big name coffee shop coffee, and it is absolutely comparable or exceeding in taste. The included Aeroccino works amazingly well, and we've had so much fun with it. Besides being easy to use, it's also easy to clean, and that is certainly a blessing! It says to use semi skim milk (or thicker, presumably), but we use pure skim and it froths admirably, and it is certainly a treat we weren't used to having at home. This really is a fun device that takes our coffee to another level. I'm a very satisfied customer, and definitely recommend!

I recently received this coffee machine as a new apartment gift and I have no cons. It is literally like a robot, with the one touch button. It's affordable compared to the Italian espresso machine. I would 100% recommend if you love coffee like I do.
