I received this as a birthday present from my parents and it's quite literally the best thing I've ever gotten gifted. I live alone so this is perfect for me just to make one cup of very strong coffee for myself in the mornings before I start work. I prefer the 1oz espresso pods that are super strong yet smooth and with the milk frother I have a perfect coffee shop latte right at home every day. The milk frother also has a cold foam option so I can also make iced lattes in the afternoon like I'm enjoying right now as I write this. My issue with a normal coffee machine is that it was easy for me to ruin the ratio of water and coffee grounds and sometimes if you leave it on too long it tastes a little bitter almost burnt. You never get this with a fresh nespresso cup! Delicious and perfect every time.

Love my little machine! Fits in my small kitchen nook and makes great coffee. It is ready to make a cup of coffee in just about 1 minute. Holds enough water for a few cups. The cost of pods adds up but that's only because I enjoy my Nespresso multiple times daily.

I was always using my Keurig until I received this as a present and I will not go back! I love the taste of the coffee and all the different options to make espresso, cappuccino, or regular coffees! The milk frother has been a nice addition and it could also be used with a creamer to make a cold foam! Definitely worth the money and I will be a returning customer

I absolutely am in love with this coffee maker. I don't think I'll ever be able to have anything else in my life. ( yes, it's that good) The pods are a little more on the pricey side, but we'll worth it if your looking for quality coffee. I would most recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Nuspresso machine. It makes a killer cup of coffee. The included milk brother makes each cup taste extra special. I will say that the included coffees were a little hard to understand and I wish the sampler had a bit more variety.

I got this machine for Christmas and have loved it since. I use to be a daily Starbucks drinker but have given up Starbucks completely because of this machine. Making coffee is so easy and frothing your own creamer is too! My phone is synched up with it and the machine tells you when there is a problem with it. The coffee pods are a tad expensive but when you realize it's a dollar a pod it's still cheaper than Starbucks everyday!

My nespresso was kindly gifted to me and I LOVE it. I save so much money by making my own lattes at home versus going to buy coffee. My only complaints are that it is a little loud and that I've had occasional technical difficulties. You can connect your nespresso to their app and it will help troubleshoot issues for you! There are also great videos on youtube to help learn how to use it and fix any issues you might have. I have also spoken with their customer support team and they were all amazing. Buy this and stop going to starbucks!! Tastes so much better

The directions to start using product was very easy to follow for a first time user. The taste of the espresso is to die for. I would definitely recommend.
