I made the most delicious, airy cup of coffee that tastes like it was from an expensive coffee shop or restaurant. Set up was easy- take out of box, run a large amount of water through it to clean it out. It came with plenty of samples to try, all different strengths and styles. You pop the pod in, choose your setting, and brew your cup! When it's done brewing, the pod stays inside the cavity until you're ready to empty it out. The coffee maker is large, but no different than others of similar style (long but narrow). This also comes with a milk frother which gives coffee an extra special touch. Perfect for an afternoon treat. I can't speak to the longevity but so far I am really enjoying this. Also, it comes with a postage paid bag for you to send all your used pods back for recycling. These are terrible for the environment so I really appreciate that option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to start by saying this makes a great cup of coffee/espresso. The variety and number of pods that came with the unit was great as well. The frother does a really nice job hot or cold and opens up the ability to make gourmet style beverages. It does have a tendency to splash a bit but the cup holder is adjustable so you can move the cup as high as possible to limit any possible mess. There are a few critiques I have though. The slim design is nice in that it can fit in narrow counter space but getting to the water reservoir is a pain as it is located all the way to the rear and not convenient to even pour more water in without removing it. I was afraid that I would break the top when I tried to open it the first time as well because the amount of pressure needed was a lot more than you would think would be necessary. This can be a problem for anyone with hand issues or the elderly. Lastly, on one occasion I found that the area for the pod was filled with water prior to using the machine and the water feed was still dripping. I wiped it up prior to using and I will be keeping an eye on that. Overall, I really like it and love the beverages it produces.

I love this coffee machine. It suits both me and my partner. He likes large black coffees, there's plenty of choices of the bigger pods for him. I like cappuccinos/lattes so like to use the milk frother with a smaller pod. We also have a running subscription which orders 5 pods every month. Which is very flexible as you can pause, cancel, miss months etc

I loved this machine when I first got it. It made great tasting espresso and was a nice machine. But after a year or two of owning it, I have noticed a few issues. First, there are always grounds in my coffee regardless of how much I clean and descale the machine. Now the pod that you put the capsule is starting to stick. I feel like the quality of my espresso is way different than when I first purchased the machine. I have tried cleaning, descaling, everything. Perhaps the lifespan of this machine is only a year? I have read similar reviews on this particular machine which makes me wonder if it's a quality control issue.

This is a decent machine. Works really well. I think the biggest challenge is trying to gauge pods that you like and then getting the right amount of coffee to brew. The cleaning is also a bit of an annoyance because if you walk away, it is likely the cup will overflow. I like the chrome design, gives it a very sleek look but obviously shows a lot of fingerprints etc. the milk frother is also good but not the best. I find that the amount of froth is not always consistent and be very careful not to go over the lines or it will spill out. Cleaning the frother is also pretty annoying because you do have to be careful of not getting the button or the bottom of the unit wet. Overall though, I do still like my Nespresso and use it often.

The Nespresso Vertuo Next is a good little machine for making quick espresso drinks. I use mine to make hot and cold lattes using the double espresso pods. I have been using it for 10 months now with only minor issues. Sometimes, there are coffee grounds in the coffee. Overall, it is a great way to make coffee drinks.

A must have for coffee lovers! We have had this machine for over two years now and would never get rid of him! The coffee is so smooth and comes in a variety of flavours and strengths, the pods can be purchased at most grocery and retail stores as well as the nespresso store for even more exotic and delicious options! I use this daily and because it is so convenient and quick, it takes away the need to always "stop for a coffee". I recommend this machine over and over for both taste, convenience and cost saving!

I've been loving my Nespresso machine! It's so convenient and fast. The frother is also great! I've been making hot and cold drinks everyday. Definitely on the pricier Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium By Breville Classic Black side but I'm not longer getting that 8-10 dollar coffee order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good espresso machine and I've enjoyed all the drinks I've made. I used the separate milk frother and made some caramel lattes. The unit has a small, narrow footprint and only one button, so there's not much to learn, which is nice. I'm still figuring out how the different types of pods translate to the size/strength that will come out, but I'm just trying various kinds to see what I like. Pros: Simple to use - didn't even need to read instructions after setting up. It also has a cool little function where it pops the old pod out and dumps it into a small, internal “garbage” tank. Cons: I went to move the unit and pushed at the base of it, and the entire water tank fell over and spilled. It's not very secure when attached to the machine. The lid for the water tank also comes off very easily.
