[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Nespresso so when I received this one I was so excited. A much better design that uses the same pods as the older model. Nespresso always puts out quality products and this one is no different. A better redesign, more sleek and compact. I love how easy they are to use. For a great cup of coffee I would definitely recommend this, and to top it off the frother adds that upscale coffee house feel to your morning coffee.

I've been using Nespresso machines for +6 years and can't live without one. I used both Vertuo & Original, personally I like Original better. Both tastes amazing and are compact/nice design. Original has more capsule options. These never break and functions really well and also super easy to use! Highly recommend this if you love coffee and if you are looking for compact machine for your place!

It is very simple to use and I think that it is really cool that it automatically dispenses the exact amount of water depending on the type of Pod. No need to manually mess with any settings, just pop the pod in and hit the button. It is very easy to clean and I like the fact that they give you a bag to send the used capsules back to be recycled. The frother is very easy to use and works great. So far all of the coffees and espressos that I have tried have been very tasty. I love this machine and will continue to use it every day.

I 100% absolutely recommend NESPRESSO! Each cup tastes perfect. As if I am sitting in a local Cafe having a nicely brewed coffee in the comfort of my home and jammies! I also love the fact that you can download the NESPRESSO app for your machine you can work with via Bluetooth and it is very easy to navigate. You can also order pods and they get to you very quickly. This machine is so neat. And you can make any size cafe from an espresso to a double espresso a regular cup of coffee to pour over and 14 FL oz. I'm sure there is more I myself am still learning all the cool functions. I also love the aeroccino. It is so quiet and I'm always so impressed with the consistency of the milk! Perfection! I'm so happy with my NESPRESSO Vertuo Next!

I switched from my Keurig to this! I don't regret it at all. I love lattes and this makes it easier to make. I also purchase cups when they're on sale. They last us a long time. The milk frother is a game changer. I can make cold foam quickly and deliciously.

It's very easy to use. You just put the pod in and press the button. There's a barcode on the pods that tells what size cup to make. You order the pods that fit your needs. The sample pack of pods give you a nice variety to sample and also shows options for cup size and coffee strength so when you order more pods you have an idea of what you want. There's an app that updates your machine to keep it up to date. There's a prepaid package to send back pods for recycling. Also, all the packaging it comes in is recyclable. It has a small footprint that takes up very little space. The Aeroccino frother is amazing! There's an option to have warm or cool froth and froths milk to perfection. The only downside to this whole system is that pods are a little pricey and you can't buy them in the store. It comes down to the whole "you get what you pay for". With this machine, you will get a superior tasting cup of gourmet coffee.

I recently received this coffee machine as a new apartment gift and I have no cons. It is literally like a robot, with the one touch button. It's affordable compared to the Italian espresso machine. I would 100% recommend if you love coffee like I do.

I love our Vertuo Next machine! It's easy to use and gives you the best brew. I prefer double espresso pods and I get a smooth cup each time. It's not completely silent but the noise is not annoying to me. It's easy to clean and will you let you know when it's that time. I've had this machine for 3 years and it's still going strong.

Also after use when you open it the used pod automatically drops in designated container which is very good. And they have option to send back used pods. Its very easy to clean. It came with three packs of starter coffee pods with variety of flavors. Milk frother is very good, can froth milk cold or hot just follow direction. Its one touch quick frother. its also easy to clean and slick. With this coffee maker and milk frother , i can make creamy, fluffy flavorful coffee at my home. Totally in love with this combo.
