I've had this machine for over one year and wanted to leave a review until I used it for quite some time. Now, I'll start off by saying it's pretty pricey but 100% worth it . I was a little hesitant at first with the price of the pods but it's SUPERIOR to Starbucks/Dunkin etc. the performance is amazing, and it has bar codes on each pod and makes the perfect size whether it's a latte or shot of espresso. The cleaning process is a breeze with the app/ you just follow the directions and and clean it once a week- super, super easy! I love this machine and will forever be a Nespresso fan!

I LOVE this thing! Will never go back to the keriug! I tell everyone to switch! As a former barista, this is the best machine to quickly make something of quality! The frother is a game changer! I wish the pods were sold in every store. But it's worth it. Buy it!!

To get your coffee hot, be sure to pre-heat the machine for a minute or two before brewing your coffee. Not the cheapest pods but great overall value!

Nespresso makes the best coffee machines at an affordable price! I love the vertuo pods and how easy it is to just pop a pod in every morning. It is so easy to run a clean cycle before and after each use. I just wish it made my coffee hotter, but that isn't enough to deter me from this amazing machine!

The directions in the manual were clear. It is very simple to clean. The bin that collects used coffee capsules removes completely for easy removal. The capsules are recyclable! You even get a prepaid pouch to sent off your used capsules! The coffee is delicious! This was my first experience using a milk frother. It performed well with no problems. The manual for it says that previously frozen milk will not froth very well, but it did for me. I used 2% milk. I would suggest trying it for yourself. It looks amazing in my kitchen. I would even go so far as saying that it adds a touch of class!

I love this coffee machine. It suits both me and my partner. He likes large black coffees, there's plenty of choices of the bigger pods for him. I like cappuccinos/lattes so like to use the milk frother with a smaller pod. We also have a running subscription which orders 5 pods every month. Which is very flexible as you can pause, cancel, miss months etc

I recently upgraded from my Keurig to the Nespresso and it's changed my morning routine. I have 3 children and I don't have time to waste in the morning and the nespresso makes my morning routine a breeze. I can hit brew on the coffee, get everyone ready for school, and open the nespresso lid where it will dump the used pod into a trash bin. The nespresso also has a descaling setting which makes the cleaning process super easy. If I'm feeling fancy and I want a cappuccino, I don't have to leave the house, because it comes with a milk frother!

I loved this machine when I first got it. It made great tasting espresso and was a nice machine. But after a year or two of owning it, I have noticed a few issues. First, there are always grounds in my coffee regardless of how much I clean and descale the machine. Now the pod that you put the capsule is starting to stick. I feel like the quality of my espresso is way different than when I first purchased the machine. I have tried cleaning, descaling, everything. Perhaps the lifespan of this machine is only a year? I have read similar reviews on this particular machine which makes me wonder if it's a quality control issue.

Nespresso always puts out quality products and this one is no different. A better redesign, more sleek and compact. I love how easy they are to use. For a great cup of coffee I would definitely recommend this, and to top it off the frother adds that upscale coffee house feel to your morning coffee.
