[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally only drink basic coffee but with this there are so many choices! The machine is easy to use and fairly compact on my countertop. I also like that I can “top off” my cup if desired. The downsides I have found: - it's not all that quiet. If I wake up early to make coffee, it's quite obvious in a silent house. - the machine does not heat the water very much. Drinkable temp immediately after brewing which means it cools quickly to where I have to reheat it. If you add hot water to reservoir it helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every morning I have to try and get the kids out the door so I can stop at my favorite coffee shop and pick up a latte. But with the Nespresso I skip that shop and stop stressing about getting out the door. All I have to do is pop a coffee capsule into the machine and press it to start. While that's going, pour my milk into the frother to the fill line and press the button. I can then help the kids with their shoes. By the time I'm done with that the coffee is brewed and the milk is frothed. I pour them into my togo mug and out the door we go! I highly suggest cleaning the milk frother after each use, it just takes a few seconds. I run mine under hot water and then wipe clean.

I don't know how I lived without this thing for so long. I'm not super picky when it comes to coffee but keurig has never done it for me. When I got my Nespresso on sale I started using it immediately and haven't been back to my local coffee shop since. The milk frothing is absolutely supreme. You can even make a super quick hot cocoa with it and my three year old loves having her “coffee” too.

My boyfriend loves it and drinks coffee almost every day. It's very versatile and looks good quality. I don't drink coffee much, but seeing my boyfriend happy with it makes me happy. It's very convenient and you don't have to clean anything. Milk frothing is also nice.

Love this machine! Can easily make a variety of drinks at home without taking up a ton of time. The pods are a bit expensive though, so worth it if you're buying expensive coffee constantly because it will quickly pay for itself. Love the frother too! It is a must have

I absolutely love my Nespresso machine! Makes the best espresso coffee ever! So smooth and just delicious all around! I would highly recommend this machine to any coffee lover, especially if you like using different kinds of syrups and make different kinds of lattes, coffees and so on! The milk frothier is *chefs kiss* !

We use our Nespresso every morning to make a great latte and café con leche. Heats up with super speed and has very convenient compartment for spent pods. Love the fact that the pods are recyclable. Working from home it is lovely to have a great coffee each morning.

I bought this for my fiancé over Christmas. It was great for 2-4 cups of coffee, now it is leaking everywhere and only pours a 5th of a cup of coffee. Unfortunately she threw out the box for the machine. Any ideas on how to return / get a refund without the box?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Vertuo Next Premium bundle at the Walnut Creek, CA store last month, and have been enjoying professional quality espresso drinks at home. I highly recommend you visit a location and get a tour, you'll be hooked! To me, a double espresso is a splurge at the local cafes. For home use, I didn't want to spend the over-the top price point for a traditional maker that actually works (some of the pricy options are still pretty weak). I even tried the legendary, little stove top Bialetti, but wasn't coming close to that powerful espresso brew. The Nespresso machine is cost effective for my espresso fix, but still offers the added option of a larger cup or even carafe. Plus the additional of a milk frother opens up a whole world of options. This machine has been a game changer for me and my morning routine. An amazing coffee with frothed milk on top as I walk out to my car in the morning, instead of having to stop through a drive thru window is absolutely amazing to me! The coffee brews fast and it empties my pod for me!!! The milk froths up fast and by the time my coffee is done brewing I'm ready to pour on my froth, so in love with this machine.
