Tineco GO H2O SENSE Wet/Dry Mop & Vacuum with Mess Detection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect on hardwood floors. I just moved out so this came at a great time. Used it a couple weeks ago to clean my floors and it was easy. Fast charge and I like that it has storage.

They work great until they break and they ALWAYS break.  The first two times mine broke they would repair it after talking to customer service but the last time they told me they no longer had those parts because by that time my mop was slightly over 2 yrs old. My mother-in-law has had the same issues with hers.

Don't waste your money!

Really like the ability to mop and lightly vacuum at the same time. However the waste water container almost immediately begins to smell. The unit is self cleaning to a certain extent and is easy to use as the unit actually guides you through the process. The convenience is amazing and the floor is very clean.
