Bought it for my mom and she loves it .Better than bottle water and makes hot water for her tea and coffee

This is one of the best purchases we have ever made. It is nice to have the refill bottle hidden and it instantly fills as you’re using the water so the next person doesn’t have to wait for more water.

The directions were not the best. I had to figure out through trial and error that the hot water has a delay of 3 - 5 seconds on it to prevent small children from pushing the button and burning themselves. Water costs about the same as Sam's 45 - 1/2 liter bottle cases but not plastic to throw out. Recycle the bottles for new and price nets out at $5 for 5 gallons

We've had it about a month now and so far , so good. It was delivered with care and packaged safely. we set it up within 20 minutes and in about 1 hour we had nice, cold water ready to drink. it looks nice in our office and the clock display is a plus. we hope it lasts for the long haul.

We bought this April 28th, 2019 & it's a very sharp looking machine, especially with the blueish night light! Our old one was a top loader & getting harder to lift the bottles & seamed to take up more room in the kitchen. I like the old one because you could see when bottle was getting low or near empty & could change the bottle right away to maintain cold water. Where on the new one you have to know about when you think from usage & opening door & looking at the bottle level, to change it, so you will have cold water at a certain time you will need cold water, even though it has an indicator when your empty, you still have to wait up to an hour or less to be cold again. But with this bottom loader, it's so much easier sliding the bottle in, then lifting. A previous review said it was noisy, we found that to be untrue. When you look at the picture, it looks tall, but it's only 40.9" h x 12.2" w x 14.2" d, so it fit's so nicely in our kitchen! And so cool with all the blue lights on the clock, night light & water snow flake!! Was this ever a GREAT BUY!!

We had water delivered for years and decided to purchase our own dispenser. I chose this one due to the bottom loading bottle as well as the touch screen. We use it heavily and it has held up well. I wish there was a notification when the water gets low, but there is only one when the water completely runs out. The hot is VERY hot so be aware with children. The cold averages around 34 to 39 degrees. We love it and are happy with the purchase. The coupons inside were a nice surprise as well.

Sleek, modern design.... works great too. Love the bottom load feature. A couple of cons: the icons for hot or cold water don't light up until you press them... kind of a difficult thing to do in dim lighting. The second thing is the access door to load/unload the bottle. There is no pull knob, or even a magnetic push/release mechanism to open it. So I have to find something rubberized to get a strong enough grip on the right hand side to pull it open. I also wish it had the self-sanitize system like Primo's other models do... but maybe they'll see this review and incorporate it into their next production, right? All in all, I really do like it, and recommend it. Cold water is really cold (41 F) and the hot water is really hot! (146 F)

Water cooler with hot water is very nice,works with any 5 gallon water bottle which was a concern because the advertising only promotes one water bottle useage, So far happy. Only draw back is the unit is short....like for little people....you have to bend down to reach buttons....for me it should about 6 " taller.

I really like it but the dial for water does not light up until you push and it is hard to find when it is all dark. Hot water is great also.

Nice dispenser! So far we like it. I especially like the tall cup holding area and being able to operate the hot water dispenser with just 1 hand (though you have to press and hold for 3 seconds every time). I gave 4 stars since it is hard to see the actual pour knob and I have to bend over to confirm to make sure the cup is directly underneath it. It would have been nice to have position indicators either at the top by the pour knob or where the cups are placed.
