We've had it about a month now and so far , so good. It was delivered with care and packaged safely. we set it up within 20 minutes and in about 1 hour we had nice, cold water ready to drink. it looks nice in our office and the clock display is a plus. we hope it lasts for the long haul.

I just purchased recently within a month or so. So far this has not disappointed. LOVE the digital display with temp readout. You know exactly how cold or hot your water is. Bottom load is easy and works with the 4 gallon water bottles that you can purchase at Sam's.

This is so much easier to load instead of having to lift and turn up side down 5 Gal. bottles! I LIKE DIGITAL, but the hot water dispenser is tricky to use: takes a few times trying before you get water.Cold water is great; the tems are perfect, both hot and cold. Overall I love this dispenser!

I'm not real proud of the control to get hot water. Controls are too low for me to see comfortably, you have to find and hold the icon with no feel to it, then release it for just a second, then push it again and hold it to dispense the hot water. I guess that is a child-proofing feature, so OK, I guess. It does light up with a red light to indicate that you are on it. I like that dispensing hot or cold, either one, it reads out the temperature of the water being dispensed. Very nice looking appliance.

I bought this item to replace my existing item that my three year old figured out how to dispense the hot water. I love the features that allows me to lock the dispenser from dispensing any water. I also like the three second delay for dispensing the hot water. You press and hold the wavy lines until the display turns red then you press it again to dispense the water. I also like the digital thermometer on there. When disputes water it tells you how hot or cold the water is. The coldest the water has been was 30 degrees F and the hottest it has been was 190 degrees. It also has a digital clock.

I am 91 years old and cannot handle much weight anymore. So happy that I bought one for my daughter and she loves it too.

We purchased this Primo and we’re very happy to have it in our home. Runs a little loud but it’s great.

Bought this item about 3weeks ago and I am extremely happy. No more back pain lifting the heavy 5 gallon container. It front loads on the bottom. Very cold and hot water. When pouring the cool water tells you the degrees of how cold the water is.

We have had this water dispenser for about a month now & have been completely satisfied, was very easy to set up & has performed exactly as described.

Attractive dispenser with nice features. After replacing a bottle-on-top unit, I like that I don't have to lift a heavy bottle in the air anymore. A happy purchase so far
