[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very excited about our new washer! It is extremely nice looking and works great! It has many helpful features, including quick wash and sanitize modes. It is rather large as well and can hold a good amount of clothes and or bed sheets. Does wonders for my mans dirty work clothes! The LED lights pair beautifully with the clean white look. We had an older unit that was loud and noisy. It literally shook the house! Not any more! This new washer from Samsung is very quiet. It truly makes my life much easier! Thanks Samsung for another great appliance!

We are very disappointed in the cleaning capabilities of this machine. There is only enough water in the "normal" cycle to dampen the load and not enough water to get the load clean. Everything smells like it has not been washed. The only way to get more water is to use the "bedding" cycle for all loads. However, even on the "bedding" cycle there is not enough water to thoroughly clean and rinse a set of sheets.

absolutely worthless..does not use adequate amount of water to effectively wash clothes..it say "high efficiency" ..i washed 1 set of clothes on normal (1hr) and then rewashed the same load on heavy (2.5hrs)..i felt very confident that this machine was not going to clean my clothes cuz it does not wash the clothes in a solution of water,i used a flashlight looking through the front..it just gets the clothes wet a tumbles them...so i gave it a chance and washed twice a total of 3.5 hrs washing..pulled clothes out and did a test..i washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..i got more dirt out of my clothes in 20 min. than the machine did in 3.5hrs..how is that an H.E...??so that is proof that his machine is not a washer machine and is not an H.E....do not buy..i'm now looking for a top loader where i can select the water level..bummed cuz i didnt need a dryer at the time,but i wanted a matching set so i bought as a set..now i'm taking new washer (11 month old)to the dump..no more matching set.. a complete waste of $1200...so disgusted that i do not trust any H.E. washer..i wont be staying at any hotels that use H.E. washer...just gross...if you have an H.E. washer..do the test youself..be ready to be furious and disgusted..

Every time I do laundry it sounds like there’s an earthquake. The machine is super loud and shakes the entire floor. Been through all the troubleshooting - levelling, offloading, re-calibration - and the problem has persisted. Extremely disappointed and never want to purchase another Samsung appliance again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing washer! There are so many settings, one could get overwhelmed. I can decide how many times I rinse and spin a load, which is great for towels. I can change the temperature easily, decide HOW to wash them, whether it be a gentle cycle or heavy duty. The little tune it plays when it's finished with the cycle sounds much better than the typical "BZZZZZZZZZZZZ" that got so annoying on my old one. As far as getting clothes clean, I must say I've noticed a difference. I am a home care nurse in my home and there are times some of the laundering needs to be repeated before I can dry them and set stains in. So far they have gotten clean with the first wash. Major time saver for me. I like the little drawer for the detergent and softener. I will be adding the pedestals when I get a chance to raise them up higher and also add a work space on top for folding. I love going in and just looking at the new set.

I'm a Hispanic woman in my 30s and was able to set it up alone. Will keep yall posted jic anything changes. But happy so far with the way it looks and performs. I've never had a better looking washer than this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is extremely advanced and full of features and manufactured in the correct size. I am able to wash a full load of clothes and they are very clean, compared to my previous washer this Samsung 6000 series is absolutely better. I can set my own wash time or use the options available on the front LED panel which is designed nicely. I enjoy the sound that emits form selecting an option and from turning the knob. This washer operates silently and washes my clothes completely. I like that it doesn't fill with water and washes the clothes in dirty water during the wash cycle. There is no other washer on the market in my opinion that comes close. I can keep the washer clean by using the "Self Clean" option to keep it sanitized and odor free. This washer is packed with options and features for any one. Being able to be in control of my washing chores is something this washer allows and I enjoy being able to wash in silence and know my clothes are completely clean. The drum is large enough to accommodate large loads and that doesn't compromise clean clothes, no matter what option/laundry load I have I can rest assured they will be clean. Samsung really out performs the competitors with tis washer.

I purchased this washer 3 months ago and it was delivered 2 1/2 months ago. I paid for installation but it was not tested and I got no instructions on how to use. Fortunately, (I thought) I knew how to use a washing machine. I downloaded the full user manual (only a 'simple' manual with 1 1/2 pages of operating instructions was left with the product). After 2 1/2 months and a few phone calls with Samsung support, these are my comments: 1) There is NO way to select 'cold' water temperature for the complete wash cycle (wash and rinse). My clothes are steaming when I open the washer door. Apparently the washer has an automatic temperature control (ATC) designed to maintain water temp for best results. Never mind what results the consumer wants. I will work out a work-around but wish I didn't have to permanently disconnect the hot water hose in the event I do want to wash clothes in hot water. I am also a bit surprised in today's 'climate change' environment that the energy to heat up water has not been considered and an override allowed on this! 2) The washer resets to the factory default at the end of each cycle. So if you generally set and use the same settings (for example, Perm Press, cold water, 2 rinses, 2 spins, light soil), it will reset to Normal, med warm, 2 rinses, 4 spins, med soil and you have to set it AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN every time you use the washer. You will wear out the dial and control panel buttons re-selecting your settings!! 3) This machine is very loud -- especially the spin cycle. It sounds like it is going to take off. It does vibrate but doesn't 'walk' so that is a plus. 4) A neat feature is the self-clean cycle. What no one tells you is that it is nearly 4 hours long, so don't think you're going to do this between loads on laundry day! It locks you out. And as the manual did say, it uses only all hot water for the 4-hour self-clean. 5) The face buttons on the control panel are far too sensitive. I turned it off accidentally while reaching for hangers above to hang up clothes - a light touch by my arm on the power button. Otherwise, the washer washes clothes just fine. It seems to be a quality machine. Just wanting to share so you know what you are purchasing. I was happy with the price, the purchase process, the communication and delivery, and customer service overall. All 5 stars on those items. Just not thrilled with the lack of temperature control.

I can put a queen size comforter in it and the vibration reduction technology does its job. It’s actually smaller in length than my previous washer but holds so much more. I love it!!!

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!
