The technology is intuitive, responsive, and genuinely useful rather than gimmicky. The capacity is impressive for its footprint. Despite its compact, space-efficient design, it easily handles large loads, including a king-size comforter, with room to spare. It looks modern and sleek, fitting perfectly into a contemporary laundry space without feeling bulky. In terms of performance, washing results have been excellent. Clothes come out clean, well-rinsed, and properly spun. The washer runs quietly and remains extremely stable, even during high-speed spin cycles. There’s minimal vibration, which is a big plus—no walking, shaking, or rattling. Overall, this washer strikes a great balance between advanced technology, strong performance, efficient use of space, and smooth, low-vibration operation. Highly impressed so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior Samsung front load washer stopped working with HE error indicator. Ordered a replacement. Almost identical to prior model. Has all the features we enjoy. Easy use. Large capacity. Very quiet and virtually no vibration. However, neither my wife nor I are thrilled with the ultra sensitive buttons on right. If we merely brush up against them a warning light/sound is triggered.

I should have researched this better... Hardly got out of warranty period and started having issues. Machine chews up clothing. Keeps getting stuck pumping out water when there is no water in it. If you press the "smart care" button it just brings up an blank screen and has to be unplugged. Will only wash cloths on "normal" any other setting causes it to endlessly pump water. Half the buttons are smudged off, so you can't read them..

Typically washers can vibrate within the walls and floors, but it is fairly low sound and vibrations. We use liquid detergent and softeners, so we are satisfied with the quality of the wash as well.

This washer replaced a prior model and there have been marked improvements. Occasional glitches where timing is off but not as much as previous model. One big pet-peeve due to them thinking that using eco-friendly ink to label the different cycles and even their logo on the drawer will help save the world... it is causing the labels to smear and wash away.

It can wash a large load of clothes in 45 minutes. It is quiet and I have no complaints regarding this new washer. It is a pleasure to use and is reliable. I can now wash and dry clothes in less then 90 minutes. I would highly recommend my new Samsung front load washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quick wash cycle is much shorter than my previous Samsung machine, which I think is too short. Also, I do not like the fact that the cycle resets to normal after each wash. My previous Samsung machine would stay on the last cycle used, which I prefer. If there is a way to make this adjustment, I was not able to find it in the manual.

This machine is "compact" and requires several loads. It's energy efficient and quiet. Honestly I would have gone for a larger unit but we needed something that can fit in our space. Does a poor job on larger loads.
