It fits so much in a wash, has lots of settings and outperforms al other machines in terms of cleanliness. I love the cycle options as well as the 5 settings for rinse. The clothes come out very clean and barely wet!

The drum is very spacious and handles large loads. It is stainless steel allowing for cleanliness It is the same model I am replacing after 15 years. I highly recommend it.

Being front loading, so clothes don't get wound up around any agitator. it's well balanced and sturdy, even pretty heavy, so it doesn't rock and throw itself out of balance during the spin cycle with a heavy load. When running, it operates with a soft, reassuring sound; just enough for you to know it's on duty and doing its job, without invading your ears with its action. Finally, the buttons feel sure and precise and let out pleasant tones with each press. What's amazing is how they can build and market such a machine, with this much technology and delivering so much value for the price they charge.

This Samsung is awesome and we don’t have to worry about balancing the load in the middle of the spin cycle. Still learning all the different cycles and things but this is an awesome machine! Very glad we chose this one!

my new front load washing machine does not heat the water i have to run my faucet for a few minutes to get the hot water, my understanding was the machine has a water heating element built in? overall it is a Good machine my last one lasted 20 years ,

The second one broke the spider arm after 5.5 years of service to a family or four. I would love to go back to a top load washer and dryer but my utility room will not accommodate them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washed 2 loads. Im old and ols school so i do not understand why it takes 2 hours to wash a load but so far my only objection is the choice of song the machune plays when finishes. Whats wrong with a simple buzzer?

It let's me know even when im not home when load is done. Its is quite no vibration.i can do large blankets and they come out clean no left over detergent or spots that are not done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a great experience with this washer, Have been using the washer for 3 months now, better than my old washer which used to sound loud, this washer is realy quite, in terms of operation, i thought the height of the washer is low bought a pedestal last week, definitely recommend it
