Also, I do not like the fact that the cycle resets to normal after each wash. My previous Samsung machine would stay on the last cycle used, which I prefer. If there is a way to make this adjustment, I was not able to find it in the manual.

We only wish that we had gotten the WiFi interface, and would consider buying an optional interface if it was available. We do at least 2 heavy loads each day and the 4.5 cu ft volume makes that very efficient The design does not include Smart Appliance interface, we wish it did.

The front loading is easy for me height wise, but not too low for my taller family members. The capacity is a huge upgrade from my previous washer, allowing me to wash my king size comforter and sheets in one load. The washer machine is so quiet during the entire cycle that I don't hear it even in the room right next to it or feel any vibration at all. Having the ability to connect the washer to SmartThings app allows me to control and get notifications on my load of clothes so I don't have to worry about them sitting for long periods of time if I forget or am doing something else around the house.

Stabilizer's and bearings went at the same time and was going to cost close to the price of a new machine to fix it. Let's try this again. Next time, we're looking for a new brand.
