I have had my Samsung appliances for over a year now and have to say I am NOT impressed. The laundry machine always goes in-even then wastes power and water trying to fill the tub over and over to balance the load. I will never buy Samsung appliances again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a great front load washer. We've had it for about two years now and it gets the job done. Our clothes are always clean (no missed spots) and I love how many different settings there are from delicate to bedding to heavy load. I also find that it seems to be quite energy efficient and conserves water. Highly recommend this Samsung washer for all your laundry needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a washer to replace the one that stopped working. I had a Samsung one for about 9 years before it finally stopped, and knew I wanted to replace it with another Samsung. Everything is working as expected. I love all of the features the washer has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were super excited to receive our new appliance from Samsung! It really is a beautiful washer. This machine is incredibly quiet. We can't even hear it running anymore. With an opening of just under 53", the washer is very deep and can hold a large load. It fits our queen sized comforter with ease. Our old washer could barely fit the comforter and even ripped it once. We would have to take it to the laundry mat in order to clean and dry it. Not anymore! It has many cycles and options to choose from. This new washer cleans our clothes deeper and even faster. This allows us to do more loads in a much shorter amount of time. Great for when the piles of clothes start to stack up! Very easy to use and install. Just pick throw your clothes in, pick your setting and relax! The way the LED buttons light up, makes it incredibly easy to read. It also has pleasant chimes to let you know when your loads are done. This front loader also has the ability to be stacked. This is another great option if you would like to save some space. I told my family and friends about our new appliance and they already joked about coming over and using it! Samsung uses state of the art and innovating technology to reduce both water and electricity and keeps our family in mind when designing their appliances. Features like the child safety lock and the reminder to self clean after 40 loads helps keep our families clothes clean and our children safe. Thanks Samsung!

Bought this washer a year and half ago and from day one it shook pretty bad and vibrates more then needed now 1 year 6 months later washer is busted shakes so bad you can’t wash and they say can’t fix cause past their “1 year warranty” wouldn’t recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer several weeks ago to replace my older Samsung washer. I am very pleased with how quiet it is and that it can handle large loads of laundry. It cleans the clothes better then my older model too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine about a year now and really like the way it cleans my cloths. It’s a water saver that weighs the cloths and just uses the amount of water necessary. It also rings out the water really well on its spin cycle’s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited about the delivery of this washer and dryer. The technological advancement of this pair did not disappoint. The LED display and springy chime when powered are are sure to excite even the most grimmest of laundry doers. I was impressed with the 9 preset options available to me. Specifically impressed by the ability to alter preference of rinse, temperature, and soil level (with kids this is essential). The washing machine is quiet and does not shake like previous machines I have owned. I went into another room and could not hear the wash in spin cycle. Impressive. The dryer is equipped with technology that actually senses when your clothes are dry. No more over-estimating or under-estimating dry time. Great duo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago. I love it. It's quick and washes whiter and have all the right selections on it that I need. Fast spin warm wash as many rinses as you like and heavy or light soil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we have only owned the washer for a very short time, it has exceed all expectations to date and has just need some minor balance adjustments that I think is to be expected. I do like the fact that it has a different and improved motor system and also has easy access to the washer filter for periodic cleaning. I also like the fact that if desired you can access the washer via bluetooth app. However, I urge all to read the reviews before connecting. To connect you must give access to all of your personal cellphone information including your blood type..grin, well almost.
