This was a replacement. Love it just as much as the first one. Cleans so well, easy to maneuver and who doesn't love that it converts to a hand vac.

I returned it without even opening the box. My son bought me a Bissell for Christmas. My best friend has the Shark and she loves it. In fact she bought two. One for each level of her house.

So I got it because it just looked good ..it did suction great. However, the thing is Soo heavy my arm hurt after going over my living room s all space. No thanks.

This vacuum is great. It’s excellent on not hard floors and carpet. Easy to use with the self propelled head. My only complaint is that it’s very loud. A very high pitched noise that makes you want to wear ear protection

Bought a month ago or less, pole falls off when I lift it up. But I have difficulty opening the Ben to dump trash. Recently a home body I am not able to return it or I would. Vacuums great on wood floor but not thin rugs.

I really like this vacuum. It is lightweight but not flimsy, it cleans easily and works well. It is also attractive and so much easier to get up and down the stairs than my old vacuum. I also like the detachable smaller, hand held vac.

Bought for my adult son, who has a long-hair and shed-prone Pomeranian dog. He LOVES this vacuum, even going so far as to call using it "fun." A perfect gift.

Very happy with my rocket vacuum. It twists and turns to get hard to reach places. Saw it advertised on a t.v. Commercial, bought it right then when we saw all it did, and never regretted it.

This is my second Shark Corded Stick Vacuum and I am very pleased with it. It's easy to use, lightweight, and cleans very well with the tools provided.
