[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark US-Shark® Rocket® Pro DLX Corded Stick Vacuum works great. Easy to use and put together straight out of the box. A little top heavy and does not stand up up on it's own, but that is workable. Vacuums well too.

Just used today on hardwood floors...works fine so far BUT I find that it doesn't stand alone. Who makes vacuums that don't stand alone? It's so annoying to stop the vacuum rest it on something so I can either pick something up that shouldn't go into a vacuum (coins, metal clips, etc) or move furniture. To store you have to lean on a wall and then careful it doesn't fall over. I'm seriously thinking of returning just on that alone.

I had an older model of the shark rocket that lasted about 6 years and was working great until it all of a sudden completely died. It was such a great vacuum that I decided to get the newer model as a replacement. This one is even better! I love that the dust bin completely comes off so it's so much easier to empty it in the trash and clean it. The suction is awesome and the design makes it easy to get under the bed which is convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this vacuum very much. It was light weight and perfect for curtains, walls, and especially the pet hair. Becoming a strong multi-accessorized hand vac was absolutely my favorite part and the lights too of course. My only suggestion would be to make sure to have the wall mount because it does not stay standing up well at all. The top heaviness brings it crashing to the floor. Other than that, Shark made another great vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here are my pros and cons... Pros: 1. Great versatility. I love that it lays flat when vacuuming underneath a bed or low rise table. I also like how easy it is to go from regular floor vacuum to stick vacuum. 2. Easy to clean. The dust compartment can easily be removed and emptied. The bottom bristles are also easy to clean with some scissors to cut the hair or strings and pull right off. Cons: 1. Heavy. The top part with the motor gets heavy and if you don't have much upper body strength, this would not be for you. 2. Pushes dirt around. I mainly use this on hard wood floors and some small rugs and I find it does so-so with hard wood. I have to run by the same spot a few times because it doesn't pick up the dirt very well. With the high pile carpet function, the suction is very good and it is powerful. 3. Doesn't stand up by itself. It is top heavy and doesn't stand alone. I can lean it against a wall or counter but have to be careful to not let it fall over because it's a little unstable. Overall, I gave it a 3 because there are better vacuums out there and it's just ok in my book. It did come with different attachments, shown in picture), but I honestly have tried them out to speak on them.

I bought thinking it was great because it was Dlx. Well hair wraps around the motor and you can't get to it to clean it resulting in a vacuum that no longer works. Foolishly I didn't register my product thinking it'd last longer than ONE YEAR and I was wrong. So I'm left with replacing it.

I've had this a few months and it's our favorite. So much so that our older regular shark vac is collecting dust. I use this everyday. 1. To get cat hair off my desk chair. And sofa 2. On my hardwood Kids love using this over the regular vacuum even though I don't want them to.

So far I am happy with it. I tend to destroy these machines because I do dog rescue and use it every day. The motor burns out after about 2 years. This is with constantly pulling hair out of the brush, emptying it daily, and cleaning the filters every 2 weeks. I like that this machine can be emptied with just the dust container being removed versus having to drag the cord and motor to the trash can.

Easy to maneuver. Would prefer that it could stand on its own. Accidentally threw away the motor filter cover so it's currently out of order until I can purchase the replacement part. I called, and was told the part was out of stock, so I'm on the wait list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Shark Rocket Pro. I love the color purple. It is very lightweight and has a swivel head that's lighted. This vacuum can maneuver under and around furniture. The suction is very powerful that it goes deep down into carpets. Works very nicely on hardwood and linoleum floors also. It picks up all the dirt leaving your floor very clean. The cup is very easy to detach and empty. This vacuum also comes with attachments for cracks and crevices and a brush to clean your couches chairs etc.It also folds down for easy storage. This corded vacuum is the best Shark makes the best products.
