[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were impressed with this vacuum from our first go! We were impressed by how much it took up despite having just vacuumed a few days before. We love the stick handle and the ability to use it as the smaller size as well. Easily vacuums hardwood floors, carpets, furniture and dog beds! We were impressed with it on all of these. The only caveat we had was that the collection cup fills up pretty quickly, so we have to empty it very often. This could be because we have a dog that sheds a lot, but it is something to keep in mind when comparing to other models.

I just bought this and have only used it one time. The latches holding it together aren't secure, and the part where you can take the roller off at the bottom comes off at the slightest bump. I was trying to run it under the sofa just a few inches, and the side of the sofa hitting the vacuum caused it to come apart. It did it again just gently bumping against a wall. I'm contacting shark in case mine is just defective, but otherwise will return. I'm not going to stop and put it back together multiple times every day.

Easy to handle,easy to clean,and works very well on all surfaces.The removable handheld is a great feature for doing the stairs ,furniture,or your vehicle.The waste cup is small but the addition of the extra tools makes it a good replacement for a larger vacuum.This vacuum also has a very good swiveling head to get into tight areas,under chairs and right up next to things.The suction power is very good and it does a good job picking up pet hair as well.Thanks for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 messy kids and 2 giant dogs that shed extremely bad, so finding a good vacuum is extremely important to keeping my home tidy. Shark is my go-to brand and I already have a vacuum I use from them. I was hoping to find a light weight vacuum that was easier to carry up and down the stairs, as well as travel back and forth to use at my cabin. This Shark Rocket stick vac meets many of the needs I was looking for. It is super light and easy to carry. The roller pivots and manuevers so smoothly easily around furniture, and it also works really well with getting under couches and tables. Another positive is that the noise level on this vacuum is much quieter. I also really like that the controls are right on the handle and the words regarding the power levels are reversed to face the person cleaning. As far as storage goes, this vacuum will not stand upright for storage, and either needs propped up on something or the handle will need removed and placed on the storage hook on the base. This is not a negative for me, because it makes it easier for me to store in a cabinet or closet. A con for me is that it is definitely not as powerful as my current vacuum and the canister is much smaller. I did a quick clean up around my living room only and the canister was already full and needed emptied before I could continue. The power and suction worked the best for me on area rugs and runners but was still quite effective on low pile carpeting. I already recommended this vacuum to my mother, who is getting up there in age, due to how light weight it is and easy to maneuver around. It's definitely worth giving a try and I would recommend it.

Roller stopped spinning. Go to open up the housing for the roller and discovered they used Torx screws EVERYWHERE???????????????????????????????????????? But wait they're not just standard Torx screws which I'm willing to bet 1 in 20 American household has the proper screwdriver for...NOPE...it's some weirdo Torx screw with a piece sticking out in the center. So not only do you need a Torx screwdriver, you need a Torx screw driver with a HOLLOWED OUT CENTER??????????????????????????????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review for the Shark US - Shark® Rocket® Pro DLX Corded Stick Vacuum is as follows: The first thing that I noticed is how light weight the vacuum is. I have a bad knee so I can’t be pushing or pulling heavy things. The vacuum makes cleaning fun again. The pros are definitely the ease of use and I didn’t really see any cons with this model because I really liked it.

The vacuum itself works really really well. Lightweight design. The only thing I have to complain about is the handheld vacuum part. Although it has attachments— which are great and helpful. The unit itself is a little heavy because of the motor of the vacuum is in it. All and all- I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I’m very happy with my decision.

I have two small kids who make quite the mess and this stick vacuum is easy to use and access when I need it. I keep it in the pantry for quick use, especially to clean up crumbs after meals. I use this on our wood floors and our carpets and it works perfectly on both surfaces. This has a very large dust cap that holds a lot of crumbs and dust at one time. It's easy to detach and empty as well. This swivels easily to get under the table and chairs as I clean and I'm able to even detach the head to clean the cobwebs in the ceiling corners. I love that I can also detach the stick part to use the handle head as a handheld vacuum. The versatility of this is amazing and works for all types of corners and spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery driver dropped the Shark Vacuum off at my house arond 10:00 last evening. Upon unpacking it, I immediately vacuumed my living room carpet that I had vacuumed earlier. (It was simple to unpack and assemble!) The pictures I'm posting shows what the Shark vacuum picked up...wow! I thought the carpet was clean but I was proven wrong. Needless to say, I vacuumed my entire house again and picked up even more dirt. The swivel feature allows me to get under the cabinets and TV stand like a champ. The cord is super long so I can go from one room to another with ease. I haven't used the attachments yet; however, I believe they will do the job The only suggestion I have is to place a kickstand on the vacuum so it will stand on its own and not fall over and get scratched. This is an AMAZING vacuum!
