It's ok, I like it most in handheld use. The light is very nice too. The suction is a bit weak but works well enough. The hose attachment might as well not be included because the suction does NOT work with it. For the sale price its good but full price not at all.

Needed to replace a Dyson cordless, handheld that was incredible. It didn't work when we needed to replace the battery. I just find the cord an impediment. The vacuum itself doesn't do a good job picking up little on the tile floor. Don't think I've used it since the first tryout.

Great little lightweight vacuum! I replaced my old Dyson, which I loved, with a new Dyson about 2 years ago and I absolutely HATE the newer one! This little Shark is easy to use, lightweight, and does a great job transitioning from area rugs to wood floors. I love the light on the front and easy maneuvering under furniture. Cons are that it's top heavy and the canister fills up quickly, but that's ok if it means I don't have to drag out that beast of a Dyson that costs twice as much!

I jad a Shark stick vacuum that lasted me over 5 years. It finally broke and I knew I wanted to replace it with another Shark. I love my new Rocket. Its much lighter then my old one. I love all the attachments too. The hose with the brush made cleaning my window sill so easy and they came out great.

Within a month of owning the vacuum, the clip that holds the tube upright broke. (tiny plastic piece) This requires the user to support the vacuum in an upright position at all times. The motor is in the top portion of the vacuum which means it's really heavy, and see above, with the broken piece requiring the vacuum to always be supported. The head at the base of the tube doesn't flex well so you are very limited in how far you can vacuum, away from your body. The container that holds the dirt isn't closed so if you turn the vacuum sideways dirt falls back out. The suction on the vacuum is poor which requires several go-overs to actually collect most of the dirt. Forget about getting bigger than small crumbs.Again, the suction is very poor. I've had the vacuum for under a year and already will be getting a replacement!

It's hard to describe how much I hate using this vacuum. It does have good suction for a small vacuum, but it is the most cumbersome thing to get out and use. It's such a production with having to unwrap the cord and put the handheld part onto the stick part every single time. I had to teach every other person in my house how to store the hand part on the base, too. It's not at all intuitive and it's heavy, and worse, it's top heavy. My hand goes numb while using it. My husband likes it, but he doesn't use it very much.

I absolutely love this make and model… the suction is great I don't have to bend down to take out the wand it's a foot press … it goes low so it gets under furniture really well… it's light weight. Great on penetrating carpet… and easy to get up high for great dusting capacity… 😍

This is the best vacuum cleaner I've ever had. I've purchased Miele (very expensive) and finally sold it because it didn't pick up the dog hair and anything else that layed beneath the surface. The value of this vacuum is awesome. I really wouldn't buy anything else.

I love that you are able to take it apart and use it as a handheld to clean my furniture . It also gets under chairs and pieces of furniture my stand up vaccum can't.

Exactly what I needed! Cleans very well %26 light! As a “senior” it is much easier to use %26 picks up pet hair very well.
