[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok, nothing more, good headphones, nothing special. For me super annoying noise cancelling, it’s always on when u turn off headphones, to make it off u have to wait a few minutes. So stupid that I can’t change it. Sometimes button to change mode work not very well, sometimes doesn’t work. When u change song with sensor panel, u always will hear ur own tap by ur finger, hate it. U can’t find good song and all what u hear it’s ur tapping.

I have only owned these headphones for a short time but I absolutely LOVE them. I"m already addicted to them. .lol. To me the music sounds even better than being at a concert. It's all there the bass guitar and drums sound awesome. I love to hear the symbols to and the highs sound just as good as the bass. To talk to someone all you have to do is speak and the music will kick off and you can hear plain as day and when your finished talking they kick right back on. I looked for about two months off and on, reading reviews all over the net and kept coming back to these and I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. I'm very happy I got these and not something else. I'm not into writing reviews but I looked for so long before I made up my mind that I hope this helps someone that is doing the same.

Hello, I really hope this reaches the ears of the design department. I have almost nothing but praise for these headphones, I have well over a thousand hours of listening time in the short time since I’ve received them. They have amazing sound quality, the noise cancellation is outstanding, and it has helped me in more ways than I can count. However, there is one single problem I have with them. On the headphone part itself where it is held onto the metal peg of the band, there is a little piece of plastic in the swivel joint that holds the whole thing together. This part is made out of an extremely brittle plastic and within 12 hours of each other this piece snapped on both sides. For the past few months the only thing keeping my headphones working has been a tube of JB weld super glue. I’m not asking for a replacement or refund or any of that, I genuinely love this product. But I must ask if a piece as vital and stress impacted as this should not be made of aluminum or some other more durable material.

I was debating about either getting these or a more expensive fruit flavor ones I went with these and I am so glad I did sound is awesome fit is perfect and I could wear these all day and get tired of em being on my head just one thing the m5s could you make em with replaceable cups other than that its perfect!!!!!!

This headset certainly deserves it’s place as the king of 2021 headset tech! The sound is incredible, the ability to mess with your EQ settings to your specification, the 32 hour battery life (tested from my own use), the spatial audio, it’s all premium quality!

Love the sound quality on the headphones, bass and noise reduction. Very snug and pads are soft. Just wish had a tighter fit, they tend to sleep of head when sweating or working out. Just wondering if they will resist within time to the sweat since there not made for this kind of activity.

I bought this 3 months ago and I’m starting to have issues. The control panel will let me raise and lower volume but won’t let me play or pause videos/music. On top of that the equalizer doesn’t work anymore too, I’ve tried changing it in many ways but it all sounds the same. I rested it, cleaned the sensor softly, tried changing all the setting in the headphone app but to no avail.

Build quality and design: Sony strives in both. The used materials (plastic) are top-notch resulting in a premium look and durable feel. The design is clear and logical. These headphones sit on the head well. Comfort: The headphones are light and comfortable. The pads are soft and well-designed. I can wear these headphones for hours. Noise-canceling: Great noise canceling. That says it all. Battery life: The Sony claims 30 hours of battery life. I never had a chance to test the battery to these limits. Sound quality: In my opinion, the sound profile of these headphones puts too much emphasis on bass. As a result, the sound in the default Normal Mode feels muddy and unclear. The selected Bright Mode in smartphone app helps but does not cure that particular shortcoming. Phone calls quality: The microphone could be better. My phone calls sound muffled resulting in a feeling of separation from the other caller.

Previously had AirPods Max and although they sounded ok these are much lighter and comfortable for my head. Also the Apple ones are too heavy and get tiring after a while. In the case of the Sonys these are incredibly flexible headphones that offer spectacular sound quality. So the new thing in 2021 is sound quality which means wired is hot and bluetooth is not. Best sound quality is through headphone jack and included wire if you have a hifi streaming service such as lossless Apple Music or Tidal. Actually if you really want to treat your ears to all out sound quality invest in a nice external digital to analog converter: that is the killer setup! If you really need the convenience though Bluetooth works just fine on these. Comes with very nice and convenient case and the headphones fold nicely to fit.

OK, these Sony headsets are amazing, one thing that I found out about the sound quality it’s that this thing have studio sound quality, but you will not be able to hear it if you connect this device to your phone Bluetooth or PC Bluetooth only. these headsets have the capability to play lossless audio which is one of the best sounds system in the market, the bad news it’s that you will not be able to hear it with Spotify, you will need Apple Music on iPhone or TIDAL. when you play these headphones with lossless on iPhone, the different of sound quality it’s just out of this world. I never thought these headphones would sound like that, but again you will not be able to enjoy this sound quality playing YouTube videos or on Spotify. Th
