Vitamin, didn’t really feel any difference. The body are different it just my opinion, it really didn’t change anything for me. But all people is different, love that it has everything, but depends if different people.

Has helped my vitamin d levels improve greatly since my last labs. I take daily with one of my meals. I was very deficient and this has helped. Vitamins should be taken with food for better absorbtion. My teens and husband take it as well.

The pills are small and red. Easy to swallow because of the texture and size. They have no taste but it’s difficult to describe a vitamin with only having taken them for 3 weeks or so. I don’t know if theyre making a difference yet.
