Better than I thought they would be. I like the 5000IU. Take one normally and two to plus up when battling colds. Seems to work very well - I’ll continue to buy and use this product.

Just started taking this a little over a month ago so I'm hopeful this will bump up my D3 its been low recewntly. Vitamins have become a daily regimen for me and make a difference after age 50. Sam's Club has a good variety and pricing on most of their vitamins. Pleased with it so far.

Nice combination of supplements makes pill time a little easier to manage. K2 with D3 is the right way to go.

This is really a great value. It’s fairly easy to find cheap D3 on its own, but I have not found D3 + K2 cheaper anywhere (K2 is needed to absorb D3). This has 150 in the bottle at 5000 iu. Can’t beat it.

Super easy to take on a regular basis. Soft gels makes it simpler to take as opposed to a hard pill. Strong Vitamin D content so it's good to have if you're slightly deficient. The bottle is easy open too if you have hand-strength problems.

My doctor recommended that I take Vitamin D supplements when my lab work showed I was deficient. I normally take just regular Vitamin D3, but this supplement also has K2 so that was a bonus for me. I’ve been taking this for over a month now and I like it. The pill is small and the dose is just once a day. It is a soft gel so it is also easy to take. I highly recommend this is if you are needing to supplement your Vitamin D intake.

My functional medicine doc told me that Vit K2 acts as a tour guide for calcium - telling it to go to my bones and not my blood vessels. Wow. Why didn’t someone tell me this sooner. And as D3 and calcium work together as well, this is the perfect combo.
