I suffer from vitamin D deficiency. I get bad joint pain as well I’m not sure if it has to do with the vitamin D deficiency but I’ve been taking these daily and the pain has definitely lowered. I haven’t gotten new labs done to check my vitamin D levels but I feel better altogether and I haven’t gotten sick so it definitely helps with immune too.

Super easy to take on a regular basis. Soft gels makes it simpler to take as opposed to a hard pill. Strong Vitamin D content so it's good to have if you're slightly deficient. The bottle is easy open too if you have hand-strength problems.

Just started taking this a little over a month ago so I'm hopeful this will bump up my D3 its been low recewntly. Vitamins have become a daily regimen for me and make a difference after age 50. Sam's Club has a good variety and pricing on most of their vitamins. Pleased with it so far.

They help with supporting heart, bone and immune system. The sizing of the vitamins is good. They aren’t big like some of the other vitamins I’ve taken in the past. I like that they are softgels. These vitamins don’t have any unappealing scent.

I cant really comment on the efficacy of the product as only lab test can show those results, but this was an easy to take vitamin. It is a tolerable size & is jelly coated so it is easy to swallow & glides down pretty easily. I havent had any issues with upset stomach or acid reflux that could be caused by other vitamins.

For the mere fact that these vitamin tabs serve dual purposes for k2 and d12 vitamins in an easily congested tab is great for people who have a vitamin regimen. It has no particular flavor, and is something id buy to keep my health going strong in 2025
