Better than I thought they would be. I like the 5000IU. Take one normally and two to plus up when battling colds. Seems to work very well - I’ll continue to buy and use this product.

My functional medicine doc told me that Vit K2 acts as a tour guide for calcium - telling it to go to my bones and not my blood vessels. Wow. Why didn’t someone tell me this sooner. And as D3 and calcium work together as well, this is the perfect combo.

I suffer from vitamin D deficiency. I get bad joint pain as well I’m not sure if it has to do with the vitamin D deficiency but I’ve been taking these daily and the pain has definitely lowered. I haven’t gotten new labs done to check my vitamin D levels but I feel better altogether and I haven’t gotten sick so it definitely helps with immune too.

would be an amazing product were it not for the inflammatory sunflower seed oil. beyond that it works as intended minus the inflammatory side effects. why not just use MCT, olive oil or coconut oil!?
