Easy to take, love soft gels I actually prefer them. I’m not sure if it’s because they sat on the steps in the cold for a few days or if this vitamin combo tastes like a dirty penny. The after taste is really hard to get rid of.

Members mark vitamin K2+D3 I gave these to my husband to try and although he says he doesn’t see a difference I can tell he has more energy since taking these! Pros: -small softgels -no strange aftertaste -good value at 150 servings per bottle Cons: -bottle could be smaller due to the small size of the softgels doesn’t look full upon arrival -bottle opening in my opinion is too large So overall this is a good product but I think the packaging could definitely improve upon arrival the bottle is only about a quarter full seems like a smaller bottle would be better and the opening at the top of the bottle is quite large compared to the size of the soft gel perhaps a screw on lid without an opening would be better! My husband didn’t experience any side effects from taking this and hasn’t complained about any aftertaste… all In all I’d recommend this product I just think the packaging could use some revamping!

This vitamin K-2 + D-3 is very easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste and makes one feel more healthy. This is a very excellent supplement for your health. On a routine exercise, it will help more energetic and healthy. Also having two vitamins together, helps to embrace a more easier and economical way on taking them.

I started using these about 2 weeks now. They are small and easy to swallow. They fit right in with my vitamin routines. Love the added benefits of heart, bone, muscle, and immunity health. Looking forward to see how it benefits me in the long run during this winter season of flu and colds. So far so good. Great amount for the price. You just need to take one daily. Hasn’t upset my stomach even without eating something. I do drinks full 8oz of water with it though.

There isn't a whole lot to add here as vitamin supplements take a long time to really be effective, so the only thing I can review is the packaging, the taste of the vitamin, and if they made me sick or not. The packaging is fine but not exactly a "Sam's Club" bulk size like you get with other OTC medications from Sam's. The vitamin didn't really have a taste. They're coated in what feels like a wax covering that's easy to swallow but didn't seem to try to melt in your hand. I didn't have any adverse side effects but equally haven't taken them long enough to experience any so soon.

I love the Members Mark Vitamin k2 +D3 vitamins! The soft gels are easy to take. They are free from synthetic colors, no artificial flavors, gluten, sugar or lactose so my son can take them too. I noticed improvement in my mood and energy level while taking these. I also noticed my hair started growing back after thinning so much when I had Covid.
