The pills are small and red. Easy to swallow because of the texture and size. They have no taste but it’s difficult to describe a vitamin with only having taken them for 3 weeks or so. I don’t know if theyre making a difference yet.

This is really a great value. It’s fairly easy to find cheap D3 on its own, but I have not found D3 + K2 cheaper anywhere (K2 is needed to absorb D3). This has 150 in the bottle at 5000 iu. Can’t beat it.

Dear Walmart/ Sam’s, Please stop putting seed oils in your supplements. Please stop selling supplements with seed oils. Please up the food wellness game at SAMS! When is SAMS going to align with the Alice L Walton School of Medicine? Walmart - stop selling JUNK! SAMS - start selling premium stuff without all the bad stuff in it! This is life and death vs profit!!

This seems to be giving me that little boost of extra energy and stamina that I did not have with just D3 alone.

Nice combination of supplements makes pill time a little easier to manage. K2 with D3 is the right way to go.

would be an amazing product were it not for the inflammatory sunflower seed oil. beyond that it works as intended minus the inflammatory side effects. why not just use MCT, olive oil or coconut oil!?
