Great item! Taking K2 D3 combination is very important for bone health whereas just taking the D3 doesn’t help as much. The K2 helps deliver the D3 to the bones

They help with supporting heart, bone and immune system. The sizing of the vitamins is good. They aren’t big like some of the other vitamins I’ve taken in the past. I like that they are softgels. These vitamins don’t have any unappealing scent.
