My doctor recommended that I take Vitamin D supplements when my lab work showed I was deficient. I normally take just regular Vitamin D3, but this supplement also has K2 so that was a bonus for me. I’ve been taking this for over a month now and I like it. The pill is small and the dose is just once a day. It is a soft gel so it is also easy to take. I highly recommend this is if you are needing to supplement your Vitamin D intake.

I suffer from vitamin D deficiency. I get bad joint pain as well I’m not sure if it has to do with the vitamin D deficiency but I’ve been taking these daily and the pain has definitely lowered. I haven’t gotten new labs done to check my vitamin D levels but I feel better altogether and I haven’t gotten sick so it definitely helps with immune too.

Nice combination of supplements makes pill time a little easier to manage. K2 with D3 is the right way to go.

I really like this and it seems to work well. I'm not sure how much better than just plain D3 by itself but all I've read says K2 added is better. I was surprised upon opening how much empty space was in the bottle so I counted. Shorted 7 vitamins so I called the %23 on the bottle to report it. They said I could return it. Not even worth the gasoline to do so. It's still a better deal than elsewhere. Just saying.

This seems to be giving me that little boost of extra energy and stamina that I did not have with just D3 alone.

I recommend this product because it has k2 added to it. Both are essential vitamins for good health and skin.

They help with supporting heart, bone and immune system. The sizing of the vitamins is good. They aren’t big like some of the other vitamins I’ve taken in the past. I like that they are softgels. These vitamins don’t have any unappealing scent.
