I have been taking this only a few days now and have not noticed anything yet. I feel I need to give it more time to see if it in fact works as it should. I will have to come back once it’s been a little longer to see/feel the benefits.

I like this overall. The only concern is the high level of Vitamin D3. This one has 5000 IU which could be too much for some people. I would really like if this was maybe half the dose. Unfortunately Sam's do not carry similar product in lower dose.

If you’re looking to do a combination of 2 needed vitamins this is for you. It’s an easy to swallow, dye free caplet. It leaves no nasty aftertaste. After taking for a couple of weeks I noticed some hair growth and energy boost.

So far seems to be working. Have a little more energy. Have only been taking 2-3 week. Need to stay on it a little longer probably to get full effect of the vitamins. Need to stay on them daily to ensure work

I see the differences after taking this vitamins. Worth for the money and recommended. It is cheap comparing to other brand and that too combination of K2 and D2 vitamins..............................

I have been taking vitamin k for a few months now, because I've been having a lot of problems with my bones and calcium. My doctor was very pleased to see me taking vitamin k.
