Texture was good, sausage was juicy, medium spice level. I warmed them up as a quick supper on the run, but I think they would be best grilled or smoked.

Hatch Green Chile

Delicious they have a Hatch Green Chile taste when you bite into it you get a bit of Monterey Jack Cheese taste. I ate one on bread with yellow mustard, also for breakfast. Will definitely buy again.
