I grilled these for lunch today. Added some sauteed green peppers and onions, mustard, and served on a nice french bread bun. Absolutely delicious. The sausage is nice and spicy and pairs well with the other ingredients. I took a couple bites of just the sausage, and it's got a good texture, and the cheese adds another element. The individual sausages are quite large and a meal can be made out of just one. At less than $10 for a pack of 12, they're also a good bargain. I'll definitely buy again!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hatch Chile flavor - sometimes you don't get the flavor of the sausage. Really nice substitute for a brat. Grilled nicely. Will purchase again.

We love these limited time Hatch Chile sausages. They are perfect with salads and not overly spicy.

This sausage has a mild hatch taste with a thin casing, loved it!

Tasty...I was expecting (and wanting) a little more heat but they were flavorful. I could have done without the cheese...seemed to make it a little greasy. I would probably buy again for something a little different for family barbeque. Easy to prepare... I cooked in beer and finished in frying pan with sauteed peppers and onions.

These are good tasting sausages but, I wish they had more green chili flavor.

I really enjoyed the flavor of these sausage. But the texture and the thickness of the skin was a little bit too much.

I hated these...just personal taste but I won't be buying them again.
