I bought 3 months ago, and these were the best smoked sausages I ever ate. The added 'hatch chili' (cheese) pellets were excellent complement to the flavor of sausage. Too bad this item was produced in a limited supply and not restocked.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hatch Chile flavor - sometimes you don't get the flavor of the sausage. Really nice substitute for a brat. Grilled nicely. Will purchase again.

I'm from New Mexico, and I know my hatch green chili. I've been eating them all my life. This has a very mild hatch flavor. Casing peels easily, not a good casing. The flavor is very salty. Lots of bone chips, so be careful while you eat. It's not bad tasting, just now what I was expecting given the advertisement.

Love these sausages and added them to my menu a few weeks ago. I was told that they were limited and would not be restocking them. This is what I really dislike about Sam's Club. It's the members mark brand so why can't they continue supplying this product.
