These are literally the absolute most impossibly delicious sausage links I've ever had without question! Of course when I find something I absolutely cannot live without, it promptly vanishes without a trace and becomes unavailable! I would buy a truckload of these if I could!!!! I would maintain a club membership if this was the only item available in the entire building!!!

Very good flavor. Casing is a little tough.

This sausage has a mild hatch taste with a thin casing, loved it!

Now I keep looking for it again, and haven't had any luck.

Great taste, you can't go wrong with Hatch chili. One thing I have missed since I moved out of New Mexico is the Hatch chili.

These hatch chili sausages have amazing flavor! Quick and easy to cook and adds an abundance of flavor to hashes and pastas. If you having a cookout get these and wrapp them in bacon. Delicious!
